I'm a recent transplant, and am so happy to have found my first local self-care service! My stylist, LAUREN MOSLEY, is simply fantastic. As a blonde, it can be especially difficult communicating in the same language as your stylist regarding tone and color (it's always smart to bring photo reference!), but Lauren asked all the right questions, made sure she was clear in her understanding of what I wanted, and even gave me an estimated price before beginning. Not only all that, but she's a really calm, warm, and kind human being and a pleasure to chat with. I was not her only client during my appointment, but she juggled perfectly and I was never waiting for her to "come back". She humorously called it doing "hair traffic control".
