Her statement, "that will never happen". I do NOT recommend this company due to apparent mismanagement and conduct, they are unprofessional, and lack of quality customer care. I see your reply which not correct. I call and formally addressed some serious concerns regarding the preparation of my recent tax return. I noticed after the fact that certain charitable contributions and other expenses were included in my return that I did not authorize or provide any documentation for. These inaccuracies are not only incorrect but could also pose compliance risks. Additionally, the time claimed to have been spent on the return does not align with the nature of the communication and the information I actually submitted. I attempted to discuss this with you previously, but unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were dismissed without being properly addressed. I had to have another tax professional thoroughly review and correct my return immediately to reflect only the information I personally provided. I request a refund of the additional cost to amend my tax return which is appropriate in is this matter. I trust that you understand the importance of accuracy and professionalism in tax matters, and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Lo malo: No tienen una lista de precios clara. María siempre dice un precio, pero su asistente Sandy termina cobrando mucho más. Por ejemplo, el año pasado María nos dijo que por la forma corta cobraba $75 y la asistente terminó cobrándonos $95. Este año tuvimos que hacer la forma larga y María nos dijo que nos cobraría $150, pero la asistente nos terminó cobrando $175. Eso es lo que yo llamo una pésima práctica. ¿Qué les cuesta poner una lista de precios para que el cliente vea lo que va a pagar y no se lleve sorpresas desagradables como las que me llevo yo cada año? Sean transparentes con sus clientes, así de simple. Otra cosa que también me molesta es que cuando cometen un error, es poco probable que te ayuden a solucionarlo. Hace algunos años hicimos el cambio de número ITIN a Seguro Social en nuestros impuestos y el reembolso calculado por ellos fue mucho menor al que se suponía que debíamos recibir. Nos dimos cuenta porque nuestro reembolso ese año se retrasó. Cuando acudimos a ellos por ayuda, solo nos decían que esperáramos. Afortunadamente no nos quedamos de brazos cruzados y contactamos directamente al IRS. Para nuestra sorpresa, había varios errores en nuestra declaración. Afortunadamente, esa misma persona del IRS los corrigió y pudimos recibir nuestro reembolso. Para terminar esta reseña, solo quiero recalcar la importancia de la transparencia en los precios. No les cuesta nada poner un letrero mostrando cuánto cobran. Sean honestos con sus clientes.
