This use to be my favorite place to get salads. Tonight I ordered salads for my husband and I through Uber eats. I ordered the max's salad which has avocado and quinoa and feta among other things. Well the order arrived and had none of the add ons and most of the items that regularly come with this salad were missing including adding rice instead of quinoa. The food is good quality food, I haven't tried the smoothies and it looks like that's what they're popular for during lunch - so I'd definitely give it another try for a smoothie, but the food is expensive for what you get. I got a very average tasting salad for $20 and a bottle of water. With tip it came out to $30. For one salad, and one bottle of water. Everything I've ordered from J&J's has been delicious! You can find all your healthy food and drink options here. From smoothies to juices, to salads, to burritos, flatbreads, to wraps, and the list goes on and on. From breakfast to lunch, or dinner, they will keep you well fed. They offer such an extensive variety. I'd recommend taking your time scanning the ENTIRE menu to become familiar, it'll be worth it. A little note on a few things I've tried so far... The 'Terminator' drink, which I'd recommend if you want a power boost to your immune system. I don't like it too sweet so I usually omit the apples and carrots. Just give it to me straight. I've tried a couple of their shots, loved them! I've tried Goat Cheese Eggs which are organic and are scrambled with tomatoes, fresh basil, and imported goat cheese. Yum! You can add turkey bacon, or chicken apple sausage on the side if you like. Hubby loves their Sesame Ring which is a huge bagel that is so soft, warm, and filling that comes with butter and jelly. Now if this was an all organic place I would understand but for my wrap to be $27 for just one wrap is insane I got their wrap from a menu and I added turkey bacon and which is wrong I saw it was $3 on the menu but on the receipt it charged $5 I mean seriously for like 2 peices of bacon! Great spot for healthy and clean food in Boca. The food is always very fresh. The only downside is the prices are high, especially for lunch. I have never had a bad meal here over the years. My favorite thing to order is the Lettuce Tuna Rolls -- the dressing that comes with it is delicious. For the soups, I like the Black Bean Soup the most, but the Lentil Soup is also good (on the sweeter side). I've been feeling tired for a couple of days so thought this might give a "jump" to my immune system and help battle whatever I have, plus the juice itself sounded really good and it was. This one has Orange, Grapefruit, Strawberries, and Echinacea. It's made to order and 100% natural. They have so many other juice and smoothly options I am seriously considering coming every day (or just about) to have one. I also had the chicken salad wrap. I had it with the spinach wrap. The chicken salad is delicious, it's made with veggie mayo and not a lot of it so you get to enjoy the taste of the chicken, and the vegetables (mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, and tomatoes) in the wrap, instead of the overpowering mayo taste other places have. I just have to remember to ask for no tomatoes next time, there were way too many for my taste. Unfortunately, eating healthy gets a little pricey, and my other complaint is that it does take a while to get your order but, since it's because everything is made to order I'll be patient and enjoy a healthy, fresh, delicious lunch. read more

I attached a picture of their Legacy $12 salad which as you can see looked pretty, but was not what I expected. So, our office grabs lunch from juice and java every once in while. The food has been pretty good and healthy. We decided to try the Meal plan. NO BUENO! All the food choices sounded great but taste awful. Everything was super bland, and really dry. No sauces or seasoning at all. It is really disappointing since the meals came out to about $80 for 10 (around $8 a meal) and we had to throw some of them away because they were too gross to eat. (Even tried feeding the falafel to dog before throwing out but she spit it out as well) I think that its VERY possible to make healthy food that tastes good, but this was just the worst. Okay, so Ive gotten into the habit of reading others reviews before I leave mine. Dpesite having a clear image of my experience, it sort of serves as a memory jog to remind me of things I may not have consciously remembered. This is relevant as I was ready to leave an exclamatory 4 star review, but after reading others, was reminded of several little things I overlooked, like the unfriendly older gentlemen who is quite possibly a manager or owner (given his somewhat disheveled appliance and demeanor) as another yelper put it, a little friendliness would go a long way. The sixteen year olds that constitute the staff in their skin tight leggings and gum chewing are fairly annoying and make me wonder how teenagers today even get jobs waiting, as they can't even take care of themselves. Its pretty conveniently located on st. andrews near the mall. There is a walgreens and beauty supply in the same strip, so it is convenient if you have to wait for a prescription or just on your way to the mall. While it is a small place, the layout is great, and there is plenty of outside seating (dog friendly!) The menu is expansive, with a good variety of many options. As far as people saying it is expensive.... the prices are inarguably comparable to anything else of the same nature. It is true that a wrap will be between 8 and 12 dollars, but thats like anywhere else, except here the quality of ingredients and preparation are obvious. This isn't subway, but in comparison to some of the places at the mall, youre getting a a much better meal for your buck. The juices can definitely be expensive, and this isn't the kindof place to just pick something off the shelf and pay (their already made juices and stuff can get uber pricey) but they are also WORTH IT! super yummy! Alright, doing this review a little late I must admit...BUT this place is so worthy of a review. First impression is I love the fact that it is clean, well organized set up, and the staff is very very friendly. They have a bar area, which great because I came alone, and enjoyed a seat at the bar chatting with the staff! Ordering was easy. I enjoyed myself a hummus veggie wrap, with a amazing cucumber cooler Juice with watermelon! The juice was so refreshing, and left me energized. I really enjoyed the taste. My hummus wrap was pretty good as well. All was received in a pretty decent timely manner since it was busy. My wrap honestly wasn't anything exciting, the hummus didn't taste like It was made in house, more probably store bought, still good though. I think its great to have these healthy affordable places in the midst of all the junk food around.
