The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. She took her time and ensure every toenail was cleaned meticulously especially the two big toe where I always get an ingrown. I'm glad that I have found her online as there aren't too many who are certified by the meticulous manicurist (see YouTube or IG) and also to apply the Onyfix band. The nail shop was bright and clean so it was very comfortable.

When the disgruntled middle aged lady called me to the pedicure chair, she setup up the soak tub with plain cold water. i told her it was cold but didn't care. Proceeded to work with dirty tools and towels. She drilled off my existing polish and was so rough, I told her it hurt but again, didn't care. My toe nail is broken, the color blotchy and she put polish on my skin near the cuticle. Just terrible.
