came in for a fill with Vina and she exceeded my expectations! She took her time and paid attention to every detail, making sure my nails were perfect. Vina even suggested a different pink base than what I had originally planned, and I'm so glad she did--it turned out beautifully! I really appreciate a nail tech who offers helpful advice, especially when I'm feeling indecisive. Highly recommend her! Also, my mom has been coming to location for years and is never disappointed. Chic atmosphere and they are always hip to the new gel colors and offer many other services like lash extensions, facials and waxes.

This salon does not deliver the quality they need to. These are my nails as soon as I stepped out. Lifting, over filled cuticles, uneven blending and product blending. And this is even after I told the tech to fix my nails and they still look messy. Save your time and $ and go somewhere else.

Love Lynn and Huey! They are always willing to work me in even when I make a same day. Huey does some beautiful extravagant nails. I go to Lynn and she is top tier, always gets me together. She gets my nail shape just perfect for my hands! Many pedicure options available and everyone does great! The shop is beautiful and clean. I've been a regular here for the past few years and always have amazing experiences. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the salon itself is very pretty and always clean. Shout out to Sandy for doing my pedicure today! She was very gentle and sweet, and gave me lots of colors to choose from. Overall, it was a very relaxing time, and her work was awesome! Called ahead to get an appointment. Was told 15mins...awesome. Get there in 15 mins, wait another THIRTY. I kept asking how much longer and all they could answer is 'I don't know' ??? It's sad that these type of businesses care so little about building loyal clientele that they treat customers (like me) that would love to be a lifetime customer, like crap. What do they care, another sucker will walk in 5mins after I walked out and agree to pay the high prices and then HOPEFULLY not get treated like trash next time they go in. Don't give them your business!! Does anyone know of a place that gives A1 service?!? read more

I honestly didn't expect much and came in with a very basic design in mind, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

First time here and I just went last Saturday 5/23. It's been ONE week and a nail has already came…read moreoff and one is lifting. 1 week. I will never come here again. Also took two hours, I guess it's ok for a nail salon. You can tell that the nail did not break it came off completely. Usually when I get nails they last at LEAST 3 weeks, with no lifting in any nails. I don't use my hands aggressively or harsh, I do my regular everyday tasks. I paid $120, I would normally pay $65-70 for this, sometimes even more of designs for $65-70 - Attached are pictures and also prices for the pedicures. Paid $20 deposit when booking online. You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. They do have a bathroom and a separate sink for nails.

I recently went in for a nail fill and had selected a color that I wanted to use for a French tip…read moredesign. My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished.

I had an appointment scheduled and was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're not going to honor the time. I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. Sadly there aren't many good nail salons in the area. I'm taking recommendations!

I've given them numerous chances & tried out different people in hopes of finding my perfect pedicurist & I end up leaving disappointed every single time. This place is WAY TOO OVERPRICED FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY PROVIDE & they have attitudes when you ask them to fix something because it's not up to my standard. Sorry not sorry, but if I'm paying $80 for a PEDICURE, I would expect that pedicure to be immaculate, in which it never is. As a licensed nail artist/technician myself I am very particular on how I like things done. I provided a photo for reference of a simple deep smile line French tip that I wanted & they couldn't even do that. The woman who was doing my pedicure couldn't do it, so she got fed up when I said I didn't like it & tried to give her a tip on how to make things easier & she stood up & looked for someone else to do it. The next lady was more fluent in English so I had high hopes, but to my surprise she still left me disappointed. I just feel the staff is lazy & they have no desire to become better artists, their only focus is to take your money. Not to mention how they NEVER use clean tools, all their tools are dirty & unsanitary. I see them pull the same cuticle nippers out their box that they just used on the person before & they are using the same sanding bands on multiple people, which those are supposed to be brand new for every client. I think State Board needs to pay them a visit so they can rethink their cleanliness & not risk spreading fungus/infections. With that being said, I felt this review was necessary to bring awareness about the quality service that's NOT being provided & the sad reality of the careless employees who work there just to take your money & not prioritize the clients satisfaction. I know what QUALITY looks like, but this surely isn't it. If you wanna do $30 work, you should charge accordingly because we're not getting what we pay for here.
