Love Lynn and Huey! They are always willing to work me in even when I make a same day. Huey does some beautiful extravagant nails. I go to Lynn and she is top tier, always gets me together. She gets my nail shape just perfect for my hands! Many pedicure options available and everyone does great! The shop is beautiful and clean. Don't pay attention to my ugly hands only the beautiful nails. Ok bye!

Vina even suggested a different pink base than what I had originally planned, and I'm so glad she did--it turned out beautifully! I really appreciate a nail tech who offers helpful advice, especially when I'm feeling indecisive. Highly recommend her! Also, my mom has been coming to location for years and is never disappointed. Chic atmosphere and they are always hip to the new gel colors and offer many other services like lash extensions, facials and waxes.

The lady who does my nails , wax and eyelashes moved here. I am very impressed how friendly the staff is and they offer drinks including mimosa to the customers, isn't that the coolest trying ever to take care of your clients? The place is clean, well decorated, and uses disinfected and sterile tools for their manicure and pedicure! So far so good. They are a drive for me but I don't mind coming ! Great service! read more

If you come here stay away from the guy wearing the glasses he doesn't take his time he rushes every customer obviously to make more money, but doesn't do a good job and then expects for you to give him a tip when service is horrible I will never come here ever again. Also, the prices are super expensive. read more

I've been a regular here for the past few years and always have amazing experiences. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the salon itself is very pretty and always clean. Shout out to Sandy for doing my pedicure today! She was very gentle and sweet, and gave me lots of colors to choose from. Overall, it was a very relaxing time, and her work was awesome! Called ahead to get an appointment. Was told 15mins...awesome. Get there in 15 mins, wait another THIRTY. I kept asking how much longer and all they could answer is 'I don't know' ??? It's sad that these type of businesses care so little about building loyal clientele that they treat customers (like me) that would love to be a lifetime customer, like crap. What do they care, another sucker will walk in 5mins after I walked out and agree to pay the high prices and then HOPEFULLY not get treated like trash next time they go in. Don't give them your business!! Does anyone know of a place that gives A1 service?!? read more

I honestly didn't expect much and came in with a very basic design in mind, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

1/5 -- I will absolutely not be coming back…read more This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional nail salon experiences I've had. There were three people working, yet the customer service was rude, unfriendly, and completely unwelcoming from the beginning. Also YOU MUST PAY BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING!!! I explained what I wanted for my nails, but they couldn't do them correctly. I was told I could get regular nail polish, only to find out they apparently didn't have any available. Then the one color I requested was out of stock as well. Communication was also extremely difficult. There was a clear language barrier with the person doing my nails, and when I tried to explain that I needed to communicate what I wanted, they became upset with me. Both of the other nail techs had to translate for us, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to communicate my requests without their help. I wasn't being difficult, I simply wanted to be able to explain how I wanted my own nails done. The worst part is that I ended up leaving WITHOUT ANY COLOR on my nails, and I literally had to cut and file my own nail because it still wasn't done correctly. After all of that, they still would not give me my money back. I paid for a service that I did not receive properly and left having to fix my own nail. The entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and will definitely never return.

I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. Sadly there aren't many good nail salons in the area. I'm taking recommendations!
