Long over due but I've come here a few times and they always do a lovely job on my nails! Sometimes there's a wait but most of the time they take you right away ! :)

I love this place! I go to Linda for my nails and my toes and she always says the best job I wouldn't go to anybody else. I cuticles look great my nails underneath. My acrylic are still healthy and they never break.. Linda is the best even my pedicure she does an amazing job. Call ahead of time to make an appointment because she's always booked. Thank you later.

What a horrible experience... came in with picture and walked out with a whole different set. My nail technician nail she could do it and then half way through was walking around with other clients I felt she rushed I don't think I was given the quality work they promote to give to each client. My feet and hands don't match now but I'm expected to be appreciative of the half work they did. Are for what they charge I just think a high schooler working out of her house self taught has provided me with better service. read more

I've been coming here for about 10 years, if not more. Lien always does a great job with my nails. Because I've been coming here for so long, she already knows the size and shape of the way I want my nails. Most of the time we'll pick a color or design and she goes with it with her own touch. When I do get a pedicure, I always ask for Jenny. She also does a great job! She's not rough or too soft. Overall the place is really nice, they do have massage chairs. Trina is also very great with all that she does here and is always kind. read more

I wanted to reach out regarding a recent nail service I received on December 26th. I've actually visited your salon a few times now, and my very first experience, where I got both an overlay and a pedicure, was absolutely fantastic - I left feeling so happy with the results! My second visit for an overlay wasn't quite as perfect, but I decided to give it another try, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, this most recent nail appointment really fell short of expectations. The overlay itself ended up being much shorter than I had anticipated, and to my dismay, several nails chipped within just three days of the service. I also found the filing process quite uncomfortable; it felt rather aggressive and almost like a burning sensation at certain points. On top of that, it seemed like my cuticles weren't properly cleaned up during the process. For $60 I expected more. Given these last two experiences, especially this most recent one, I'm feeling a bit hesitant about getting my nails done here again. I do want to say that I think your salon truly excels at pedicures - those have always been wonderful! In the past, I have worked with Evelyn and Linda, and they all did an amazing job. Initially, I came in just to get my nails done, but I ended up having my brows and upper lip done as well. I LOVE TULLY'S! I have been coming to get my nails done here for years. I even moved to Corona/Norco area but I will still make the drive out just to get my nails done with them. What I love most are the workers; they're kind and make you feel so welcomed. They take their time with my nails. I don't feel like they rush to get me out of their chair so they can take on more customers (although they ALWAYS have customers waiting which is always a great sign). And I appreciate the owners always coming by to check up on their customers and they always try to accommodate everyone. I'd also like to recognize Linda because I once came off of my 12hr night shift and without extra charge or fee she wanted to give me a small 10minute foot massage...I felt so grateful, I just wanted to give her all my money. No matter the manicurist you can always count on having really pretty manicured nails. read more

I've been coming here for 5/6 years every 3 weeks. All the nail techs are amazing, and the ones that do the pedicure too. My go to are Nina or Van. They take their time and their quality is always the same. You don't feel rushed. Everyone is very attentive and really nice. They keep everything clean. Book ahead of time by calling or via instagram cause they get pretty busy. I usually book my next appointment before I leave to ensure I have a spot reserved. read more

I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

Usually when I get nails they last at LEAST 3 weeks, with no lifting in any nails. I don't use my hands aggressively or harsh, I do my regular everyday tasks. I paid $120, I would normally pay $65-70 for this, sometimes even more of designs for $65-70 - Attached are pictures and also prices for the pedicures. Paid $20 deposit when booking online. You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. They do have a bathroom and a separate sink for nails.

Jessica is simply amazing she's so professional and very talented after that first set she has became my go to girl ! She's the best I always have pictures of what I want and she always does exactly like the pictures or adds her own little twist to it or gives me recommendations on how to do my nails . Her work speaks for itself ! Bomb ! My fills legit last me a whole month we joke around and say "see you next month" after she's done with my nails cause legit with her work her work lasts a whole month for me ! Linda is absolutely incredible! Every time I visit her, she goes above and beyond to make sure I leave 100% happy. This time I got an overlay fill, with nail design and--just like always--she nailed it. I've always struggled to find a nail tech I truly connect with, but with Linda, it's different. She makes me feel completely comfortable, and I love that I can be honest with her if something's not quite right--she'll adjust it instantly and perfectly. Her attention to detail, her skill, and her kindness make every appointment feel like a treat. The entire staff is also amazing! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Would never tell anyone to go here they suck !! Their so rude and they rush and over charge you I asked the manager if someone could fix my toe she told me everyone at the pedicure stations did not know how to do acrylic how the hell is it a nail shop full of workers and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO ACRYLIC she told me I was not able to schedule an appointment for the next day I have to schedule an appointment days before or I can walk in and if they don't get to me I can come back another day or go somewhere else ( out the mangers mouth ) don't go to Tully's spend your time and money else where these people are shitty spent $80 for a place that couldn't even fix my damn toe the next day read more

I'm so happy that after 2 years of having to drive from Moreno Valley to West Covina (Every two weeks) I Have Finally found a nail salon where I feel comfortable enough to stop making that crazy drive. I'm EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my nails. Lien and Kelly are beyond exceptional. Lien did my full set, shape and nail polish were perfect, I have not one complaint. And Kelly did my pedicure, I'm extra picky about my toes and I don't have not one thing bad to say, they came out perfect! The actual nail work is okay. The nail tech I had last time was making fun of other people who choose plain nails and don't give her a challenge for designs....as I was getting a plain color done.... the polish wasn't even perfect but the nails did last a long time. However I went back and waited 40 mins after my appt before I finally just walked out. I had an appt at the gym and couldn't wait longer. I understand they're a business and want to get the most money every day, but don't over book and waste your clients precious time. read more

I've been struggling to find a decent nail tech in Moreno Valley. Nancy to the rescue ! Today was my first visit. She did a superb job. She superseded my expectations. Awful worst experience after waiting 3hours and being skipped over multiple times I finally left this nail place. The manager is the rudest most disrespectful man this nail place forgets there are nail shops on every corner! I will never spend even a penny there. While I was waiting I saw one of the pedicure techs drop the metal cleaning tools on the dirty floor then pick them up and use them with out cleaning them. NEVER AGAIN read more

i was a walk in . i got there around 10 and they immediately took me . i had Linda for my nails and Kelly for my toes . VERY nice women. They both did amazing . the price was 138 for my french tip toes and my designed nails. They took their time and it was a very calm atmosphere. i can't wait to keep going ! Only reason it wasnt a 5 star rating is I got to my appt ten minutes early hoping that I would be able to get in faster and my appt got pushed back and extra 10 mins because my nail had to take someone else and didnt finish fast enough. I understand squeezing someone in but to make appts have to wait, whats the point of even making an appt if its not going to be on time. read more

Linda did an amazing job getting my nails right for a wedding I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond and elevated the look of my nails to simple and elegant to elegant with a subtle design that made it flawless. I regularly go to Trina at Tully's for my eyebrows and always have an amazing experience. Occasionally, I get my nails done and have been very happy with how they turn out. Evelyn was able to fix the crooked, lumpy nails that were done at another shop (out of state), and my nails look wonderful! read more

I hope your salon has actually implemented proper sanitation enforcement instead of being cheap and reusing 10 cent files, rotten cheese smelling gel base and unsanitary nail clippers. My sister and I come here regularly. She is the one that brought me here as she discovered this…read moregem. We usually see Amy but we have had the pleasure of pretty much having everyone here give us a mani or pedi. The shop is clean, everyone is friendly ... the salon has nice comfortable seating for pedicures. Prices are competitive. The salon is overall relaxing. They usually have good music or something good on the TV. They do an excellent job! If you can make an appointment do it! They get pretty busy. They have all kinds nice colors ... they have "Mood" colors nail polish. My sister pretty much gets this every time we come in. She is the queen of mood colors .. For manicures they have 8 dedicated stations and for pedicures they have 9 comfy massage giving chairs. They do waxing here as well. We haven't done that here yet but we hear they do a great job! We have been coming here for easily over 1 year or 2. and I feel that it was time I stopped forgetting to write the review. I mean...I am getting a pedicure right now, perfect time to write it. ;)

I'm usually not the one to complain, I've had sub par nail jobs before but in the end I know nails…read moregrow quickly and it's temporary since I get my mails done every two weeks. My experience at this salon was just horrible! A male helped me out the day I went in. I asked for a pedicure which he did all in 10 minutes with a smoke break in between. I had to ask him to cut my to nails and he responded with: oh you don't like them long? I didn't know what to think of his response. Meanwhile he did my pedicure he had me soak my previous gel (hand nails) in remover. I sat there for about 20 minutes, he kept coming back with the nail filing machine, which he kept switching off with another technician who was working with someone else (cross contamination!). Every time he filed my nails he had me continue to re dip them. After the 20 minutes my hands were white and a my skin felt rough to the touch. He then began to work on my hands and used a file which I believe may have been too course because it started burning the skin underneath my nail bed. At this point I decided to voice my concern and the other nail tech over heard. She came over and took over my gel manicure only to have an attitude with me. All in all this place is awful. If you don't believe me experience it for yourself.

Been here every month for years! Helen is always doing my…read morenail and never disappoint. The other important point is the price charged is lower compared to any other nail spa. The only downside is even you make appointments on certain time you still have to wait coz place is packed every time, every hour...
