Helen is the best! She's been doing my nails for about two years now and she's one of the only nail techs I've ever met who truly cares about nail health. She's talented, efficient, and has such great technique. She can literally do any design you ask for. Highly highly recommend!

Helen never disappoints! I always leave loving my nails, I can show her any inspo pic and she executes it so well. My nails always last 4+ weeks and I'm always getting compliments.

I can not say enough about Helen and her attention to detail. I have been going to her to do my nails for months now and her attentiveness and kindness is one that can not be matched. She's is soo fast, has a great attention to detail and make you feel appreciated. I love going to her and everyone else in the salon is soo kind and welcoming.

I usually don't leave reviews but this place is genuinely so bad. I came in for a soak off and hard gel overlay. After they removed the product from my nails, they continued to use a course drill bit on my natural nail. Any nail tech knows you should absolutely never use those kinds of bits on the natural nail, especially at an rpm of 17! After the soak off, they continued to file the sides and cuticle of my nail so roughly I have cuts. She was super aggressive with her hand filing and drill filing. She used a dirty mandrel bit, and a dirty file. Ladies, your nail tech should always be using a brand new file and sanding band. To top all of that, when she was painting my nails, she would aggressively push her finger into my already torn up cuticle. They are nice ladies but that doesn't mean they should be servicing clients in these ways. I saw more than enough State Board violations that I would never come back.

ugh i really wanted to like this place but it did not hit. i randomly thought to try this place when my usual girl didn't reply back in time. i d'med them on insta, and they responded back within minutes. once i get there, turns out they're short staffed and they had to turn away this other girl. i tried to do the mani pedi combo but was told that i couldn't because i wanted gel. sure whatever, i sit down for my pedicure and all is alright. she finishes up and i move over to the other girl to do my hands. from the start it seemed like she knew her stuff and i trusted that she could literally just give me the same as my inspo picture. she picks out two reds for me to pick between, and i realized neither are a shimmering red like i wanted in the picture, but she just reassured that the chrome will make it shiny. she asks me if i want to do builder gel too, and i was like sure. it has been a while since i did builder, so i forgot how much it BURNS under the UV light, a warning would've been appreciated. she gets the color on and go over it with the chrome, it came out silver, I HATE SILVER, it doesn't match my complexion and i literally told her after she put them on that i didn't like them. and that i dont like silver and to take them off, she starts trying to blame it on me. saying that it's because of the color of red I picked. and i know i should've said something along the lines of asking whether or not they had more options for reds but i thought she knew what she was doing. i asked to take the chrome off and she came off annoyed saying that i wasted her product. the whole time she's doing my nails she's going on and on about how clients once they try their salon that they stick to them and their product quality is better than their neighbors, but like that didn't show through your work??? i did not walk out of their happy at all and regretted it immediately. she charged me 130 for my nails, and that's literally not the price tag should be for what i got done and the quality of service i got done from them that day. i was so disappointed since i've been seeing their work on insta and my hopes were high.

I've been going to Valley Nails Salon for my nails, and I can't recommend them enough--especially my nail tech, Hannah. She is a real artist and somehow manages to transform my nails every single time I sit in her chair. Whether I come in with an idea or let her get creative, the results are always beautiful and better than I imagined. One thing I really appreciate about Valley Nails Salon is how easy they make it to schedule appointments. My schedule can be pretty tight, and they're always incredibly accommodating with my time restraints, which makes the whole experience stress-free. Between the amazing artistry from Hannah and the professionalism of the salon, it's always a great experience. I went to get my refill this last Wednesday and they charged me $75 for a terrible job. Honestly I trusted the lady doing my nails and I was the last customer and it was dark. The next morning I looked at the nails and honestly it was bad. They did not want to change the color they are trying to charge me $20 dls More. Look at this nails! bad bad bad read more

It was okay the first few times I went in, however this last time was a completely awful experience. I scheduled an appt via instagram for 1pm. I showed up right before 1 and there was only one girl in there and she was barely starting a pedicure on someone else. She said to come back in 30 mins. I was very upset, but whatever I needed to get my hard gel mani off and reg polish. I come back in 30 mins and she was already packed up and leaving. She agreed to do them anyway. She starts filing my nails SO hard and way too much leaving my thumb nails way too thin and I even expressed that it hurt! She did not care and continued doing it the way she wanted to. Now i'm left with really thin, awful looking nails and down $47 for a soak off and regular polish. So unprofessional. read more

I decided to go here cause my usual was closed on Sunday and I saw their instagram page. The nails looked so good. I'm pretty sure there's only one artist whose work they post on instagram. I had pearl looking beads and rhinestones added to my nails and she put SOOOO much gel or glue underneath and on top of them. It was insane. It made the nails extremely thick. One hand of nails were a lot thinner than the other hand so I had to go buy a file and shape them to somewhat match. Mind you, these were my wedding nails. Thankfully from afar and in my wedding pictures they don't look horrible but I would never go here again. I went back to my original nail salon this weekend and she was shocked on how the nail tech cut my natural nails and how thick the nails were. My nails + a pedicure were $180. I've never spent that much on a gelx set (with rhinestones) + pedicure. Definitely will not be going here again. read more

I have been coming here for a few months now and absolutely love Nhi & Diane. They're usually there on Mondays when I'm available and it's always quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I usually get hard gel/gel x manicure and gel pedicure. I've loved every set they do! This last set lasted 6 weeks before any lifting! read more

Absolutely my favorite place to get my nails done, been coming here since 2018 and I always come out satisfied I want to say it was Hannah who did my nails I always forget to ask for names but absolutely killed it. This was the WORST PLACE EVER !!! Do not go here !!! I really wanted to love this place especially after reading the reviews on Instagram when I arrived she started on my nails. After glowing my nails and seeing that her filing on coffin looked more like stilettos I then asked if she can fix it . The lady kept stating that there was nothing she could do. After glowing the nail onto 1/2 of my hands, she then asked me to go to another seat for my pedicure.. one lady started my pedicure and halfway through another lady stepped in. Once I was done, I asked my Nail Tech if she can please fix what I didn't like about my current now and she said that there was nothing she can do that that is how the nail is. I told her I am not going to finish my set and I will go ahead and go to my nail shop to fix the mistake. I walked out with half of a nail and she charged me $50.00 for the unfinished set and 48.00 for the pedicure. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK !! read more

I came here without an appointment, not reading any previous reviews, Bad Mistake!!!! I got a Manicure-Gel and Pedicure. To my surprise I got two different colors, Pink and Orange, without really noticing any difference because of the UV light that is used for the Mani- Gel, lighting inside the Nail Salon, late at night walk in visit. I went in the next day trying to rectify the issue. To my surprise, I was told to come back at 5pm, they are only accepting appointments at this time, that I should have noticed the discrepancy with the Orange and Pink colors that were given to me!!!! The color discrepancy is very Noticeable and a Full-Refund was denied!!!! read more

Tried this place for the first time after seeing some really great nail work on Instagram. So I DM'd them and set up an appointment PROS: Nails by appointment only, Responds quickly on IG , it's quiet and peaceful and the nail techs are nice. CON: they only do Gel X no acrylic and they are kind of pricey, and two of my nails were put on crooked, hardly noticeable to others but very noticeable to me. read more

I've been looking for a nail place in Moreno Valley and found the Instagram page for Valley Nails. I really liked their nail content and designs and thought I'd try them out. You can schedule an appointment on Instagram through direct message. They reply right away and coordinate with you. They have this new nail style called Gel x which is a way to help your natural nails grow and lasts longer. I decided to treat myself and book an appointment for a Mani Pedi! Valley Nails is in a shopping plaza near Pigeon Pass on Moreno Valley. They have chairs you can wait as you get called up, pedicure chairs, and manicure stations. They also provide waxing services. As I went for my appointment I waited to be seated to get a pedicure. They a variety of pedicure options to try and a jelly option, which I haven't tried. The ladies that work here are nice and mindful when the hot towel is hot. As my pedicure was done, I got my manicure. She did an amazing job with creating a similar nail design that I found online. Overall this is my second time going back and I've enjoyed my experience even though there's a little wait at times. read more

So actually I went next door to get my hair cut and noticed the nail salon next door. I called to get pricing for manicure and pedicure loved the $$$. So decided to walk-in everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I didn't get the lady name but she was so nice and took her time To file my nail shape them make them look super nice . I have never had that experience before at any other nail salon. Usually I get rushed since I don't get acrylic nails and lumps and sloppy work but that all changed today . I found my new nail salon. This has been my salon for over two years now. Helen is my go to tech but I'd trust anyone in the shop to take care of my nails. It's a small business with dedicated nail artists. I started with acrylics but now I'm doing Gel X, which they are one of the only local shops that specialize in them. They have incredible attention to detail, will recreate any picture you bring in and stay current on trendy nail designs and seasonal colors. Since it's a small family run business, they are often booked and don't allow walk ins. Book ahead! The pedicures are incredible as well. I'd suggest a jelly pedi. The experience is amazing! I can't recommend Valley Nails in Moreno Valley enough! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! The salon is clean and they always have the newest trendy supplies and colors! I've been coming here for 4 years and will NEVER go to another salon again!! My nail tech's name is Kristen. I'm super particular with my toes and she always goes above and beyond to make sure they're taken care of! She's extremely personable, creative, and so good at what she does!!! Wouldn't recommend. My pedicure was 39 plus another 8 for gel And then another 18 for French tip .!!!!!! I won't post pictures because sadly it's really embarrassing but I had to correct the girl 2 times because my French tip was so thick and ugly . I wanted acrylic and booked that when I requested an appointment. When I got here was told they ONLY offered GelX they don't have any acrylic and it last for weeks and weeks and it's so much better and all that jazz. My appointment was on a Sunday. On the very next Sunday my thumbs were lifting up. 1 week and 2 days later all nails are currently off. $57 dollar for a full set of GelX that only lasted 9 days. Not worth it, won't be returning here. read more

Girl if you're reading this, here is your sign - don't go here. They will NOT give you what you ask for. It's rushed, sloppy work and they get frustrated when you point out the inconsistencies. If you can't give a client what they're looking for, that's okay but you need to be upfront with the client so that they are not paying for some thing they didn't ask for. I asked her to just take my nails off after I realized that she couldn't accomplish what I was asking for but she told me she was going to charge me for a full set either way - even though I had been telling her from the beginning that what she was doing was what not I wanted. My nails are also full of lint. Before she was even done, she had someone stand at the door and kept pressing me to pay her before she even finished. I have never been pressured to pay before a service was completed! It made me so uncomfortable. I literally cried in my car after. My nails are so ugly and I paid $100 for them. You're better off finding a home-based nail tech on Instagram. They take their time on your nails, care about your experience, have pride in their work, and they actually charge you the value of what you're getting. This place is polar opposite. read more

I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. They do have a bathroom and a separate sink for nails.

The overlay itself ended up being much shorter than I had anticipated, and to my dismay, several nails chipped within just three days of the service. On top of that, it seemed like my cuticles weren't properly cleaned up during the process. For $60 I expected more. Given these last two experiences, especially this most recent one, I'm feeling a bit hesitant about getting my nails done here again. I do want to say that I think your salon truly excels at pedicures - those have always been wonderful! This place is truly my favorite nail spot in Moreno Valley! I've gone to different people/places in the area, but after finding these guys on instagram, I keep coming back here because of their excellent work! I love the way they shape the nails and take their time on the process so the quality is constantly amazing... my nails always last the 3, 4 or 5 weeks I go between fills! And I receive compliments everywhere I go, which is a bonus! They're always willing to fit me into their busy schedule if I call the day before or happy to work with my schedule if I call tobook in advance, which is a relief because I'd prefer not to go anywhere else now. I am absolutely in love with this salon! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I recommend you book an appointment but there is never a long wait time. They are fast and precise. They always leave me speechless with how beautiful they leave them both in shape and design. My nails ALWAYS last for more than a whole month! The nail techs can do just about every design you could ever think of. The salon is always clean and sterile as well as their tools. If I could rate this nail salon higher than a five I would. I've been coming to this salon for about a year now and every time I walk out so pleased on the way they come out. I always get so many compliments on my nails, and where I go and the answer is ALWAYS valley nails. Helen and Hanna are so sweet and always make sure they find time to squeeze me in. No matter if it's a full set, a fill, or a pedicure, they ALWAYS make time for their clients and I appreciate that so so much! These two girls SLAY my nails ever time, they truly are the best! I was looking for a nails place in moval and came across valley nails i saw the pictures and reviews on yelp and was sold. I got there and they were all friendly. Initially i went in for a fill but the nails set i had done was bad so i got a new full set with them. Luckily they took the time to start fresh and weren't hesitant to do so. Right away without any color on the nails the shaping already looked way better! The final outcome was so much better than the ones i had gotten done at another place. Im in love with my nails! I shoukd of Waited to write a good review about this place. Dont get me wrong, staff was really nice, super helpful. But as far as the quality of the product, its not so good. THREE nails got loose and fell off in less than a week!!! How? I dont know.. i have never been to a salon where this has happened. It's so frustrating considering this place is very pricey. I paid 50 dollars because they charged for every little thing. I didnt get a design, i got a matte finish. So how did that basically double my total? This was my first time at this salon and I reallyyy like it! The ladies were nice and they can do a variety of nail art/designs that the other nail salon I go to cannot. I walked in around 4pm and waited about 20-30 mins because they were people before me. They suggested to message their Instagram to set appointments so I'll definitely be doing that in the future! This was, by far, the worst pedicure I have ever received. Not only was it rushed, there were multiple times when it was down right painful. Additionally, she did an absolutely horrible job of painting my nails. The polish is clumpy and uneven. My first clue should have been the fact that I didn't recognize a single brand of nail polish they offered. Please learn from my mistake and don't waste your time or money. If you're looking for long lasting gel x sets, Valleysnails is the place to go! I had to bring my friend with me of course to experience what good nail tech service truly is! These were our Summer mai gel x sets, July Gel X Set and Fall Gel X Set! Did I mention that they all lasted for 1 month! I have not had a bad experience at all! 2 out of 3 times I've gone I have also gotten gel pedis! My pedis last at valleys nails have lasted for 2 months! Very updated with all designs. MANY gel colors to chose from, will make you dizzy (but the good way lol). Responds to clients on IG page @valleynailsmorenovalley any and all questions have, and friendly staff. Shaping is beautiful, and do fix shapes from fills they do that the client got done somewhere else. They do most designs that we bring pictures in, and always try their best to mimic the designs. Very underrated team of nail techs! Love the clean salon as well read more

I've been going to Hanna for over 6 yrs and I even though I work far way I still manage to go back to them to get my Pedi and Manicure done there!. Diane does a great job with the Pedicure and Hanna is amazing with the Acrylic Nails and Gel Nails.
