He was running a little long on the house before me, but he texted to let me know that he's still on the way. This is forgivable because he is doing everything himself. He arrived and addressed all of the work that I needed done. He came in with a cost estimate that was surprisingly low. He had to leave temporarily to get some parts, but was back quickly and had all of the repairs done quickly and completely. No more leaks and the bathroom sink has water again. They were able to send Travis, a journeyman plumber, out the same day. From the start, I was impressed by his attention to detail and ability to quickly assess the situation. I hired Pure Plumbing on the spot for the emergency repair and the full water-line replacement that I knew would eventually be necessary. Although the company was booked through the following week, Travis made it clear that he would personally start and finish the job immediately if that was what it took. The project came with several unexpected complications, but Travis remained calm and resourceful, brainstorming practical solutions for every issue that arose.
