Oof, a week later and we still have brown water. When we spoke to the tech a few days later we were told to flush the water heater again (he did not do that after replacing what he thought was causing the issue) After about 5 water heater flushes we still have the issue. After further consideration I have to say that the job was only partly completed. Shouldn't he have tested it before he left to make sure it was working properly? Deadline are not "fix it" people which is why we called to start with and for the last week we've relied on the internet to help us try to troubleshoot a problem we paid to have fixed. A few years ago I got a water heater installed by this company. They did an amazing job installing amd showing up and getting things done. Fast forward less than 2 years later and my water heater is not working correctly. When I called them, person on the phone sounded like he was too busy and dod not care that I had no hot water. They came to check and told me I had a faulty part and unfortunately they do not have the part and I am under warranty. Still got charged for service and need to wait for the part to arrive. Preston and Roger (Father and son tandem) were awesome. They are very responsive. Pricing is competitive and fair. I had re-piped the old plumbing pieces in my home. Wow, I'm amazed by the professionalism of this company! I had a water Main break at my house. My Property Management Company hired them to fix it. I was promptly contacted by Cindy immediately. I was at work, they sent someone to evaluate the situation. The next day, Darrick and another associate came to my house. I met them here in the early afternoon. They had already dug out most of the trench. Very professional and friendly guys. They advised me of what's going to happen. Yesterday the plumber came promptly on time. He quickly and professionally installed the pipes. Today, Darrick arrived promptly on time. I rescheduled for the next morning and Darrick was prompt and took care of my leak that was coming down the outside of my patio. Jump 2 It will now forever be my go-to plumbing company in Vegas. This year, my house retaliated against me and I ended up with a several leaks. The company my home warranty sent out was awful and after weeks of easily avoidable complications and no resolution, I was left completely frustrated. When I woke up at 5am one morning to the sound of gushing water and found the pipe going from the wall to the washing machine had come out and was flooding my laundry room, I knew I needed to start over with a new company. Troy from Jump 2 It showed up quickly and saved me. Not only did he fix the problem, but he explained to me what happened and why. It was such a great experience, I had him come back to preemptively replace my water heater (which I knew was going to be the next to go) and change all of the valves in my house. I'd been wanting to install a water softener, and he took care of that, too. He even changed a couple of toilet flaps because he saw I had the replacement parts already. I just had him back to install a reverse osmosis system and I think my plumbing needs are finally done for a while. Darrick was referred to me by a friend. We had rust and sediment in our water. My husband did a flush and we still had it. We had another plumber come out the first time and he just tried to push a very costly tankless water heater or get a new regular one. So my husband did some research and said it could be the anode rod. He bought one but had a hard time removing the securement. Darrick came out and showed him how to do it. The anode rod was done. He replaced at a reasonable rate. He was honest about our options of still possibly having to replace the water heater. read more

I don't know how great their work is but we opted not to choose this company after getting a second opinion. These guys basically told us that water lines go bad after x amount of years, which was in line with when the neighborhood was built and that we would probably soon see the entire neighborhood needing work. The house is less than twenty years old. The quote to fix the issue in full was $4,200 or $1400 to patch the pipe, which they admitted would only be a temporary fix. They also charged $60 to come out and diagnose the issue. The second company we called out offered free diagnostics and resolved the issue in full for $1700. I'm really hesitant to trust this company based on how the two different diagnostics/quotes went. read more

I'm sorry to have to write this but I think the company should know and potential clients should know about my experience. I was referred to this company by a trusted source. The scheduler in the office I believe her name was Cindy was good at getting the appointment on the books. The first plumber came out (don't know his name) and assessed the situation and stated the leak and replacement of the hot water side of the master bathroom faucet would require a new cartridge and that would need to be ordered. My response was ok sounds great. Who can I get a quote from for the service install and part. I later get an email from the office that showed a job cost of approx. $4xx.xx (I don't have the exact number in front of me but it was very high.) Due to the nature of the repair and having tenants in my home, I approved it thinking it was going to be taken care of sooner than later. Sooooo..I kept calling the office to find out the status of the part and when we could schedule a return. I kept getting a similar response that the plumber should be calling me with an update. Second appointment is scheduled with the replacement part. A different plumber goes out there and then contacts me while he is on the premises and advises that the previous plumber ordered the wrong cartridge for this brand. OMG...I hope you see where I'm going. Another delay for up to two weeks. So I call the office (Yes I had to call the office) to find a status update and see where things are with this part etc...I was told the part was not in stock and it will have to be backordered. When talking to the office a few times again I was told the 2nd plumber would need to update me on this and I should be hearing from him. NO CALL NO UPDATE. I found the part myself through Delta directly and guess what retail the cost was approx. $72.00 I'm sure it is cheaper for tradesperson. SO Delta kindly sent me a replacement part at no cost (Big kudos for Delta) and I let the plumbing company know of the update so they wouldn't order anything. So I was going to continue to work with this company so I called and left a voice mail with a think it was an answering service but a live person. I never heard back from them again they never followed up. My guess is this is just too small of a job for them. Too bad as I'm in Real Estate and have many friends who are homeowners, agents and property managers in the Las Vegas area. I found a great plumber who came and installed the part I ordered from Delta and they charged me $125.00 for labor. read more

He diagnosed the issue, recommended other firms that could repair the problem (his did not work outside at the time), and offered valuable advice regarding potential cost-saving alternatives to tearing up sixty feet of concrete to install a new irrigation line. I called them and they immediately set-up a virtual estimate for capping my bathtub faucets and closing off the drain. The estimate was reasonable and the completed work was fantastic. I will be using Jump 2 It Plumbing again shortly for our second bathroom when I need a bathtub faucet removed and the pipes changed into a shower stall. Horrible Customer Service and communication. I called for an estimate, lady said they will be at my place between 8-10AM, most likely be at my place at 8:30. I requested they come earlier, they said 7-9 instead. They didn't get to my place until 9:40 AM. The person that did the quote was very blunt and unprofessional, didn't seem to want to be there. He did give a decent price for my bathroom remodel, so I decided to give them a try anyway. One day prior to project start date, Jump2it calls me and wanted to re-evaluate the agreed upon workscope and wanted to do tile instead, and had Me buy the wall tiles and grout myself, they said they will be willing to reduce the quoted price, they will resend me the work agreement for me to sign. They also said that they will start the work the following day between 8-10AM. Not only did they not re-send the work agreement quote, they did not show up at all nor did they give me a courtesy call to say they will be late or need to reschedule. Overall, very unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT hire. read more

The main water pipe in my front yard was leaking, and my water bills were enormous. They quickly detected where the leak was, and replaced the whole system from the water meter to the house. They were prompt, professional, including the phone staff, and reasonable in price. They refilled the trench they dug, and replaced the dirt, stones and edging so no one could even tell they had been moved. They also helped to secure financing for me. Cliff is incredible! I've been so frustrated with my property manager sending people over who leave the job half done-finally he called J2IP which i hadn't heard of before. Cliff not only finished the job and did it right, he came over with a half hour's notice and stayed after normal business hours to make sure the problem was solved once and for all. Not only that, he fixed something in my bathroom that was probably a quick fix for him but was impossible for me to repair, and he didn't even mention he'd done it. What a nice surprise! On top of THAT he was so good with my son "Batman" that he didn't want Cliff to leave. 10/10!!! One other note he may be a vampire as he did not come in until he was officially invited. I contacted Jump2It to get an estimate on a leak between my water main and the street. I just KNEW this was gonna be costly. Derrick Jump came out and we looked at the water meter happily (but slowly) spinning even with the house water main shut off. He surprised me and asked if the sprinkler system was also off...and I didn't even know there WAS a shutoff! He located it and, voila! the meter stopped spinning. Now I know. He recommended a company that should give me a call soon, as his company does not fix sprinkler systems. In the meantime he said, "No charge!" We shook hands and off he went. The next time I needed work done, I tried to go with a top-rated Yelp plumber. They couldn't even get the work done the same day as when they came out for their "free estimate". Also, they were much more expensive than Jump 2 It. I decided to call Jump 2 It and see if they could do the work the same day. Sure enough, they sent someone out a couple hours later and they performed the work well, for the exact same price I'd paid them before. What's more, this time when I called Jump 2 It, my call was professionally handled by a woman who clearly wasn't answering her cell phone while unclogging someone's drain. They have a new credit card payment system which they haven't seemed to master yet, so, knowing this, I paid by check. It was much easier. In short, I had a much better experience than my others, and I thought it would be fair to come here and update. read more

I spoke with John and he tried to cut my drywall without checking the issue at hand. They overcharged me to hooked up a water softening unit and then did it wrong. Several months later, since my water still seemed bad, I looked into having a carbon filtration tank added. That's when I was informed by 2 other specialists that Jump incorrectly installed my soft water tank. Thus for months, I have been paying for high-quality potassium for nothing. Before I decided to write this review, I called Jump to inform them of their mistake and give them a chance to correct the problem but all I got was should of, could of slack. The only reason I give Jump 2 It 4 stars is the price. I had John come out to fix a hose bib for me and a few other projects. He was prompt and very thorough with assessing what I needed. Again, the price point was a little higher than I thought, but the professionalism was what sold me. He did the jobs well and even flushed my hot water tank at no charge! After calling several Plumbers and receiving astronomical HOURLY rates I decided to try tackling a water leak in my kitchen area on my own, but was unable to resolve the issue due to the nature of the copper tubing and my lack of experience in general.
