The restaurant has an old west / USMC ambiance, that works well. The staff and the menu changes are definitely on par with changes in the past - that add value and taste. If you haven't tried Remington's yet because it is in downtown Malta (blink - you missed it), I'm here to tell you, this continues to be a gem where you can get some really excellent food.
