And since the balance isn't paid they will not finish the kitchen. The Lady I believe her name is Teresa is very rude when it comes to customer service. My parents also had asked for back splash and they said they would pay extra for it. But the lady stated back splash is only for the rich. She is very discriminating and racist to her own kind.
