The employee who showed up tried to charge extra for clearing leaves (which I refused), certainly did not clear the downspouts on the upper roof (I don't know if the gutters were blown clear), and had no replacement filters. I emailed Jeff that I was very unhappy with the service and I must say that Jeff did not respond with denials or resentment. He showed up in person and did not leave until I was satisfied with the job. I was sore tempted to knock off a star for the undesired rigamarole, but Jeff is a man of integrity, and that would not have been fair.

When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

I had done some research on gutters and knew approximately how much it should cost. The gutter company came out and told me I would be best off with K style gutters for my home and recommended clean outs for the downspouts. The bid came in higher than expected but I really wanted to change out my gutters. My neighbor my bid and said he knew a guy. That guy was Vadim and I gave him a call and got my bid within an hour. Vadim explained to me that the bid I got from the other company was usually for commercial applications and it wasn't necessary. Vadim gave me a bid that matched my original cost estimation. I went with Vadim for several reasons. He was quick to respond, didn't try to up sale me and was local. A week later my gutters are installed, the old ones hauled away and they look gorgeous.
