The report made us feel better all around about the home purchase; it outlined a few cosmetic issues we saw and other things that are good to keep in mind to update later, like gfi outlets. After living here for 3 weeks, we realized the kitchen sink plumbing had the disposal recently replaced. Instead of installing the pipes male / female properly, the seller had lined up the plastic cuts, butt to butt and just taped them together. The first time we washed our hands, which doing some repairs, the cupboard underneath the sink flooded. James claimed he ran the sink for 2hrs to test the water pressure...yet he didn't notice tape leaking? The dryer was wired directly in to the wall. No outlet box at all..literally someone just drilled wires through the drywall and stuck them to the machine..also not disclosed in our inspection. I'm sure I'll find more obvious lapses in judgement and will update this review but overall as a new home owner, I recommend saving yourself the 750 he charges and just hire a plumber, electrician, foundation specialist and bug guy to do an inspect. You might spend more but at least you'll receive an unbiased evaluation.
