Ron did a great inspection job for my new home, several weeks back. He is certainly the best! For the same home, now I have two reports, one from the seller side, and the one Ron prepared just for me, with the former having no pictures at all, while Ron's presenting 50+ nice pictures. Yet I shouldn't simply talk about the number of photos, more importantly, he is a man in whom I have full full trust, who has profound knowledge about homes (for example, he reminded me of not letting roofers leave debris from the old roof on the attic, inadvertently or on purpose), who has his own systematic approach towards home inspecting process, whose checking is deep (he crawled every corner of the crawl space) and thorough (such as catching a missing chimney rain cap and a small electric line mess-up caused by remote trees), who is patient to explain the details (probably a little verbose to me) and loves to share his smart advices. I probably have read over hundreds of home inspection reports all my life, due to my participation in real estate, and if you are seeking in the Bay Area a top notch professional in this discipline, then I would, formally, recommend Ron without any reservation.
