Everyone here is very knowledgeable and can explain car issues/situations very well in a simple to understand explanation. They push towards OEM parts for just about everything, which isn't a bad thing. It's also good to know that what you are getting is OEM unless stated otherwise for any part replacement. Pricings also very good. Consistent with other shops in the area, Yes you can probably find a shop to do some stuff cheaper or a shop that would throw in a shady aftermarket part to make it a "cheap" fix. But if you respect your time and overall money. Since a cheap fix can lead to needing it to be fixed sooner than if it was done right the first time and/or with high quality parts. Than definitely come here. While it's not a major negative worth taking any stars off, but wait times can be high to get your car in to be seen/worked on. So make sure you have some type of alternative transportation while your car is here.

Surprisingly, the diagnostics and repair were not to a professional standard and quite honestly,…read morenear incompetent. My performance problem persisted after I left the shop for the 2nd time. There were TWO attempts their team to properly diagnose an extraordinarily simple issue. And they requested yet a 3rd attempt to perform even more diagnostics. Which I declined. Despite my lack of mechanical experience, I was able to repair this myself in 30 minutes. The actual diagnosis was very simple. A corroded wire connection on the Ignition Coil on the coil side. After the wire connection was replaced and coil cleaned, the car is running perfectly.
