Have used Reilly Auto Repair many years ago when someone recommended them to service my Corvette, and was very satisfied with the service. Luckily didn't need their service for quite a while. Several weeks ago, the battery on the Corvette was dead. I contacted AAA and they were unable to fix the problem. The battery would not charge sufficiently to keep the car running. Three other "experts" from AAA were no help. I had them tow the car to Reilly' They charged the battery overnight, and informed me that the car was fine. There were no electrical or other mechanical problems. They could have told me it needed a myriad of other fixes and I would not have known different, and could have cost me dearly. I would not recommend Reilly Auto Repair and would not use their services again. I have used Reilly Auto Repair  for all of  my vehicles and haven't received the type of service that you would expect from a reputable automotive shop. After dropping my classic car off for service, relating to an overheating issue, the mechanic neglected to reinstall the radiator cap which worsened the situation. As a result, I was left  stranded on the side of the road with fluids everywhere. In addition, the car runs worse and, now, I have to contend with additional issues.  The customer service and level of workmanship they provide does not coincide with their prices.  I will be contacting the Division of Consumer Services. read more

This is the place you will be glad you found and will tell your friends about. They beat out my quote to fix my ac from Tuffy by a couple hundred. And they did it that same day! They are a little hidden but don't hesitate to come Inside and you will not be disappointed by the excellent customer service. I was greeted with a hand shake. That might not sound like a big deal, but how many places do you go where the person at the front desk will stand up and come to shake your hand. Brought my 3 year old with me and we enjoyed netflix in their very comfortable lounge. Overall the service was 5 star from start to finish. After reading their reviews, I was confident I had finally found an honest and reliable local shop to care for my Corvette! I took my car to them and was told it would cost me $1000 just to diagnose the problem because their computer couldn't "communicate" with mine. Then they could tell me what needed fixed. I took it to another shop, as a second opinion, and their computer was able to communicate with mine just fine and it was a $300 fix!
