I placed a wood order months in advance, confirmed all details, including delivery date (twice). On delivery day? Nothing. No call, no update. A week later, after repeated calls and emails, I finally got through and was promised delivery the following week. That also came and went with no word. After chasing them down yet again, I was told they had "sold out of wood" and would not be able to fulfill my order. It's now late in the season, and I'm scrambling to find other companies that still have wood. Weeks of wasted time and effort. Completely unreliable and dishonest.
