He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. The classes are priced competitively, take 16 hours which included qualifying time at a local range, and had ten people attending. Much of the classroom material consists of the Illinois State Police worded laws and restrictions, but the instructor Jason took the time to explain anything that wasn't clear.
