He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. A lot of the times the discrepancies he said found were already fix-- he was not even up to date with his notebook. Also, he was working security at two Mexican restaurants - one in Lombard and the other in Glendale heights, he did this while he claimed to be at the housing complex.- in-turn getting paid twice. We found out about this from a tenants who knew this security guard; who also frequented that popular restaurants. Also he stole several containers of laundry detergents from the tenants. Wow, what a dirt bag company.
