Fran has probably done work on 10 occasions on 3 different vehicles over the last 9 years (with some other repair shops between) and if he has the open schedule, I will pick his shop everytime for anything outside of tires or oil changes. His turnaround time is excellent. Fran will have me usually drop my car off the night before. He has it diagnosed and repaired usually within the following working day. If he cant finish it before the end of day, he will let you know prior to doing the work. He also won't add on extra work. He will inspect and detail out what's causing the issue that you may be experiencing. So far I've yet to have an issue with the work completed on my vehicles. Fran's work has held very well and if I had any issues I'm sure he would stand by the work he did. I highly recommend using Fran's shop for your next car issue. You will be taken care of .

Unfortunately for me, Fran found an additional issue after driving: one that's been noticeable to me for well over a year as a burning smell every time I drive the car and one that I chose to ignore (not smart on my part but ignorance is bliss lol). Turns out, there's a gasket leaking engine oil onto the manifold (I think that's what she said lol), thereby causing the odor. Fran is extremely busy, but they're fitting my car in next Thursday to correct this issue, too, again at a fair price, and I couldn't be more grateful. Lastly, I need to tell you about Allison (she runs the office). You couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with! Although replacement was not absolutely necessary, he noted doing so could improve ride quality and handling. I opted for the improved handling. He also reported that the front brakes were causing shimmy so I followed his recommendation and replaced the pads and rotors. If ur buying a new car (new new or new used)..he will take it in and spend 8 hours meticulously going thru every part and system of the vehicle to make sure ur not buying a lemon. And oh yeah.. I forgot..HE DOESNT CHARGE A DIME FOR IT!! If you bring him ur car and you think something is wrong with it, he will do a comprehensive exam and if nothing is wrong then he doesn't charge you a single dollar. he charges almost nothing for labor. if he spends the whole day checking stuff out and he doesn't find anything wrong..you will not get a bill. he did a 6 hour tune up and brake job on my truck and charged me $30 dollars TOTAL for labor. while the minimum per hour charge of ANY other mechanic in this state is $75-$90 per HOUR. That saves you, the customer $720 dollars off ur bill. he's a rare man, especially for mechanics.. doesn't try and rope you into buying or paying for stuff you don't need and doesn't do a whole bunch of extra stuff that's unnecessary and once it's fixed it's REALLY fixed and you will have zero concerns. if you are a customer of his and dont have a certain tool or wrench etc..he will let you borrow anything you want, no charge. What mechanic in the world would do that and on top of it wouldn't immediately tell you to come in so he can make money off of you. Do urself a favor and go to B and D automotive. for very special items that only dealers and specialty shops usually do he will refer you to another shop in the area who won't screw you on the price as well.
