My husbands truck had an issue with what we thought to be the passenger front brakes. Kevin was pleasant scheduled us immediately and showed up promptly in the driveway to do the work, he diagnosed 2 bad bleeder valves, went out got the parts and changed them. That night we went to take the truck out and the brake pedal sinks to the floor, pump it a few times and it's up, drive it a little down the road and again pedal to the floor. My husband texts Kevin and he says he will be back first thing in the morning. He takes back off the valves and re-bleeds the brakes, drives it across the street and declares all well. Again we go to take the truck out and again the pedal sinks to the floor no way to stop quickly, not a good thing in a full size pickup. This time I say we are calling a local shop and taking it in, they advise that the master cylinder needs to be changed and the rear brake cylinders and the kicker the front calipers because the bleeder valves put by Kevin on were the wrong size for the truck which added on $$$$. Again Kevin is extremely pleasant and his price very reasonable we thought, but he ended up costing us more money in repairs and not repairing it correctly.

To say I'm extremely disappointed with Lendroth mobile repair would be an understatement. I had…read moreused Lendroth repair several times in the past and service was ok. I dropped off two lawn mowers at the beginning of August 2021 to be repaired. One mower was ready about a week later. The second mower needed a baffle replaced. I was assured by Kevin that the mower would be repaired shortly. Five months later at the end of December the mower was picked up and was NOT REPAIRED. Communication with Kevin was virtually non existent unless initiated by me. The one time I did hear from Kevin he confused my mower with someone else's. Also the many excuses and different stories every time I reached out was aggravating. Kevin would assure me the part was on its way and the mower would be fixed next week. Next week would come and I wouldn't hear from Kevin. Kevin then stated the part was not in stock which wasn't true. The part was in stock on many websites in fact I sent Kevin the links to two websites that had the part in stock. I don't know what the true story as to why Kevin never bothered to fix my mower but I will not recommend Lendroth repair and will never use his services again.
