He came across as 100% legit, not pushy at all - completely welcoming and eager to answer our questions. I had my eye on a Maverick - and he was super knowledgeable about all the features and differences between models. Made us feel super comfortable was easy going the entire time. Let's start with the great and go from there. The GREAT - There was a pretty good sized discrepancy with some advertised pricing and Ivan, the manager, instantly reassured me that they would honor their mistake and the lowest pricing. No fuss, no muss, no confusion. Just honoring their word. I was feeling really good about possibly buying a car from them. I explained that driving the 3+ hours to them would sit much better with me if they had all of the paperwork done when I got there so we could get in/get out lickety split given the drive back. I also asked them to have the vehicle detailed, gassed and ready to go to also speed the plow. I asked for FULL disclosure about any/all defects, flaws, potentials issues, scratches, scrapes, dents, windshield chips, etc before I drove all the way out there. I was assured it passed their 100+ point inspection and that we were good to go and there was nothing additional that they needed to bring to my attention. The Not-So-Great - I have to admit to being more than mildly irritated when I arrived within 10 minutes of my projected eta only to find the following: car not gassed, not thoroughly detailed, windshield chips, trunk headliner sagging and falling from roof of trunk and the underside rock guard sagging visibly underneath the car. We had to go out for burgers while they prepared the car for us the way they said they would. It took us an extra hour waiting for that but made up a little time as we sailed thru the paperwork faster than ever before (thanks, Don!) and then we were on the road. The Downright Bad - Found out on the first day home that the A/C didn't work at all. I would have thought that this would be included as a basic part of the inspection process, especially given Moses Lake's heat but apparently not. I was disappointed after my purchase that no one from the dealership ever reached out to me. Not to thank me for the purchase, not to see if everything worked out alright and not to apologize after I alerted Dylan that the A/C was non-operational. I'm $400 into the A/C repair and we are hopeful that is completely repaired. With all A/C repairs, we will cross our fingers and hope that it is a one and done and not the start of something more expensive. Summary - All in all WCAG did a pretty good job. They could use some fine tuning in detail department, and they DEFINITELY need to do a much better job in the mechanic department and they need to work on their follow through after the sale but I would absolutely consider them for future sales, providing this A/C repair doesn't go much higher.

When my dad came in with me, they pretended that it was a miscalculation. I don't get why they see me as a young woman would think I don't know how much service usually cost. After being in the DC area for my work, getting an oil change only cost me $111 at the dealership, I come back and they charge me $280.

The service manger Dan Gonzales implied it was some other place's fault (really!?!?). They also said that I needed a new battery during the service. I had an 80 month battery that was installed one year ago. I stupidly told them to go ahead with it. The new battery cost $500! They didn't give me the old battery back until I asked them for it. I had it tested and is fine! Also, due to the way I was treated I will NEVER be doing business with them again. Buyer beware!

It was the making of a nightmare situation as more and more problems were revealed with my car but they were so great in working with me and keeping me updated. The best was that I was able to tell them my budget and they worked so hard to get my car up and running for the price I set. Having my car break down could have been devastating but the wonderful people at BMW made it bearable. I will definitely be going back.

This action is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer trust and potentially unlawful under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He took my personal information/ social security that BMW has (I have purchased several BMW in the past) I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead was left feeling disrespected and concerned about how my personal information was handled. Customers deserve honesty and clear communication when making such an important financial decision, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when working with this dealership.
