After having a less than excellent first experience with Corwin Ford, the business has reached out to me to make things right. My gripes weren't of the highest order but as customers we all like to get what we ask for and what we paid for. In my case I got a little extra for no cost (Pulse brake light and a sticker on the back of my new truck). Both were easily removed and all is well. Corwin reached out to apologize and make it right with me. I appreciate that and will certainly give Corwin another chance. The salesperson whom I worked with originally also reached out to stress that the company cares and that helps a lot. So thank you for that. The worst car-buying experience of my life. I purchased a used Tesla from Corwin Ford in October 2025 and drove eight hours from Southern Oregon to pick it up. I've bought many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the most disorganized and frustrating experience I've ever had. To be fair, Omar and Stephen were outstanding. Omar was professional, responsive, and never pushy. Stephen was knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely tried to fix problems as they came up. They are the only reason this review isn't one star. Everything else -- especially management -- was a mess. From the start, almost every decision required a manager, and each one contradicted the last. I dealt with four different managers, and the lack of communication between them made the process chaotic and unnecessarily frustrating. Jered pressured me with typical "we have a lot of interest" lines, rushed my deposit, and insisted it was non-refundable even though the vehicle clearly needed attention. When I asked for a refundable deposit, they actually told me to write the contract myself. After I drafted a legitimate agreement, they rejected it and allowed only a handwritten amendment. He also never followed through on multiple things he said he'd do, including trying to beat my financing rate. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it still had makeup on the seats, pen marks, damaged trim, poor detailing, and multiple recalls that hadn't been addressed. The car hadn't even been properly charged because employees kept unplugging it. Then came Fabian, and he was the breaking point of the entire experience. His demeanor was openly hostile, dismissive, and confrontational from the moment he walked in. No introduction, no professionalism, no basic courtesy. He demanded additional personal information without explanation, performed a "Ford survey" that immediately led to spam calls, and insisted he needed to run my credit again--despite already having 80% of the vehicle funded and multiple confirmations of my wire transfer. His explanation made no sense, and the entire interaction felt manipulative, as if he was pushing a loan purely for the commission. Even other employees hinted he was "having a really bad day," which doesn't excuse the behavior. Paperwork errors added hours to the process, including discovering my deposit was never even processed. The only person who handled the final paperwork professionally was Yaritiz, who was kind and helpful despite cleaning up mistakes made before the documents reached her. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop after leaving. The dealership failed to remove the previous owner from the Tesla system, which left me stranded at a charging station in Boardman because I couldn't access charging. They also left the previous owner's personal and financial information visible on the vehicle. Only after contacting Tesla directly and paying a prior balance was the vehicle unlocked for use. Stephen later reimbursed me for the hotel, and eventually (after repeated follow-ups) I received the missing wheel cap. But no one else responded. In the end, Corwin Ford's management team turned what should have been a simple purchase into a multi-day ordeal filled with pressure tactics, misinformation, errors, and unprofessional behavior. I left with zero confidence that my personal information was handled securely or that this dealership operates with any real oversight. Omar and Stephen deserve recognition for their professionalism. Bought my new car here and no longer even buy Ford's as I can't find a good Ford service department anywhere near my area. Last time here they had my car for 4 days to change the oil. When I picked it up it wasn't even washed yet. Horrible. The buying process wasn't much better. Salesman great. Finance guy not so much. Tried sneaking in hidden charges and argued with me to remove them which he finally did. Then you get the survey. I filled it out honestly and got an email from Corwin to please change it or my salesman would lose some of his commission money. So, I changed it and lied that everything was great so my salesman wouldn't get screwed. Won't purchase or service here again. read more

Let me star by saying I want to thank Corwin Ford for freeing me up to sell my Ford and buy another make of car, even though I now need to make car payments. I've been going there 3+ years for service of my Ford Vehicle. The last service took over 3 months to complete. For the first two months I had to chase down my service rep. Requiring multiple phone calls to the front-end service schedulers who always put me through to voice mail. Or in the dealer case, avoid-mail. It was not unusual for me to call 3-5 times to finally get someone to call me back. The last service advisor I had was good. But that does not salvage the relationship. It appears to me that Corwin has forgot what business they are in. I would posit their business is customer satisfaction. Which they achieve in selling/servicing automobiles. The reason I say this is if they do not have satisfied customers, they will have no return customers. They will also have customers such as myself posting online. Our salesman, Zayne, was very pleasant and professional. We arrived from out of town and he had the vehicle detailed and waiting for us to look at. No hard core sales pitch - just an easy transaction. At least until we got to the part of another salesman wanting to sale us an extended warranty! That guy was very pushy, used hard core tactics with extreme direct eye contact and apparently didn't understand the word 'no'. We did not want an extended warranty. Which we said repeatedly! Customer service is awful (aside from the salesman because he wanted his commission), service advisor Tina has lied to me twice and I have caught her both times. I will never buy another vehicle from here again and I will tell everyone I talk to that they will lie and cheat to get your business. They don't respond to voicemails, don't call customers back, say they fix things and then you have to take the car back in again. Worthless dealership, don't say I didn't warn you!!! I should have read the reviews before, but I learn quickly and they won't have a chance to fool me again. I attached photo of when my car was supposed to be picked up as I still have a check engine light from two weeks ago when I took it in for service that was covered by warranty. 2 or the 3 things they said were "fixed" were still inoperable. Warranty company paid for these and yet they still need to be looked at again. Second lie I caught Ms Tina in is that she said their dealership does not have loaner cars. Bought my escape and took it in 15 days later for the oil change and was told it needed a wheel barring. Which I was like how does my brand new car need that. Wheel barring finally gave out took it into them. Nico the GM promised to get the barring fixed for me at their cost. Was called days later that my car is done needed a lot more work and my bill was 2500.00. All on unauthorized work. I picked my car up from that incident. And felt a wobble after two weeks the wobble got worse. Had been trying to call the last month with no return call. Finally took car to les schwab. Corwin Ford Tri Cities - Missing a part - Car Dealers Near Me - Pasco, Washington

I am disappointed in my service. Ford came out with a recall for the driver door B-pilar (the keypad panel on the exterior of the door) on Ford Explorers. These are known to fall off and cause issues. This happened to my 2017 Ford Explorer in July 2025, and my vehicle has had electrical issues since. I now need to jump my car anytime I want to drive it, because the battery drains when the vehicle is off. Ford does not have a new part to correct the recall, but insisted I pay them to replace the damaged B-pilar with another recalled B-pillar. I should not have to pay for something that has been poorly manufactured and out of my control. This part is faulty due to poor manufacturing, yet I am the one financially responsible? Ford should take ownership of the issue and take care of the customer. Extremely disappointed in Ford's customer service. read more

I brought my truck in for a warranty recall. Dropped off the night prior for an early morning appointment. After a day of radio silence, I got a notification that I needed an extra $5,000 in repairs for items that "Failed Inspection", with the reason for about half of them being "we don't know when this was done last". They were nice enough to give me a parts list. The only part that I actually needed to replace is less than $100 for an OEM part (not OEM-equivalent) and does not require the removal of anything else I am generally hesitant of believing (or leaving) 1-star reviews, and people who think "dealerships are just trying to rip me off", because the number of people in the world who are ignorant about preventative maintenance is staggering, and I will even concede that the specific issue itself needed to be addressed and appreciate that it was pointed out to me. That said, the fact that my vehicle was kept for a full extra day (with no notification or communication) and then handed a sheet full of what ultimately looks like upsells was really disappointing. I like my truck quite a bit, but I am weary of returning for maintenance after this. This is a shame, as I have had fantastic experiences with the actual personnel who I have dealt with in the past. I hope that this is a one-off incident, but worry about less knowledgeable people who may see things like "Failed Inspection - Immediate Action Needed" and not think to question any of it. read more

We were halfway through the purchase process when they suddenly said it wasn't possible, and then presented us with another vehicle to buy that we had never seen or driven and that cost much more. I worked out a cash deal on a used Chevy pickup truck a couple weeks ago. The interaction was pleasant enough, had no issue there. The online reviews were very negative and pretty recent so i thought i could use that to my advantageespecially since it was the end of the month on a very slow weekend. They accepted my offer of about $1000 less after a day had gone by, with all new tires, and a tank of gas, which may or may not be standard. I wanted a discount, knowing more than likely there would be $1000 of work needed done to it after i purchased and signed (based on reviews). And i was correct. Ultimately its the responsibility of the buyer to check and make sure they are happy with the vehicle. You have every right to take as long as you want on a test drive, take every second reading over all the fine print. This particular truck seems to need work on the camshaft position sensor, or possibly something else related to shifting., and the tailgate came off the truck on one side when i closed it a particular way. Also found that the lid to change headlight bulb was off and sitting on top of the airbox when i opened the hood and looked closer. To be frank, i don't think they are even checking these vehicles, because if they are, they are terrible at their jobs. Based on this experience and the interactions I've read about here. The moral of the story is be careful with these guys, do a COLD START on the vehicle you are test driving, and drive it for 20 minutes minimum, including a trip on the freeway. Pop the hood and look. I'm not terribly un happy with my sale, but wasn't very happy with how Corwin operates. Seems like they are using the trusted Ford name, to run their own Copart hustle. read more

Received a recall notice from Ford concerning our 2015 Ford Focus. Since we live in Richland I called Corwin Ford in Pasco. No answer when called their service department. Left a message. Never received a call back. This has happened over and over again whenever we have dealt with Corwin concerning service on our vehicle. This time I did not call them over and over to get a person to talk to on the phone. I decided to try Pierre Ford in Prosser. Call was answered immediately. They offered to service the car in two days (Corwin typically would schedule weeks to months out). I had previous commitments so we scheduled for the following week. Arrived in Prosser, dropped off vehicle, recall service was performed in two hours. EVERYONE at this dealership was courteous, helpful and gave the impression they cared about my convenience. The half-hour drive to Prosser was well worth the effort to deal with Pierre Ford, rather than the ten minute drive to Corwin Ford to put up with their cavalier attitude. read more

Bought a 2016 Ford Escape with an maintenance plan. We don't put many miles on so still have 3 oil change coupons left. No where on the coupons or maintenance book is there an expiration date. Yet today, quick lane says they won't honor the coupon. Finance manager called and they stopped honoring the coupons, acknowledging that there is no expiration date shown in the coupon book. Expected way more from a large Ford Dealership. Purchased a used Mazda 2021 CX-30 AWD for our son to take to college. After a couple of days, noticed a slight bulge in the back left tire. Les Schwab brand tire so took the car there for inspection. As expected, sidewall was compromised, safety issue, so 2 new tires minimum. There's $550 min. Oh yeah, when Les Schwab took the tires off for inspection, they noticed that all struts and shocks were leaking and needed replacement. Another safety issue. Quote from Mazda, $2,192. Corwin did an inspection, gave me the report, said nothing about those issues. They did replace/service the rear brakes before selling the car, should have noticed and revealed the need for struts, shocks and bad tire. After finding this all out, I called a sales manager who said he wanted to help to see if they could do something and that I would get a call back within 48 hours, it's been over 48 hours and did I receive a call back? Nope! Understand buying used has its risks and bought "As-Is", but missing and not reporting what I believe are safety issues is what I would expect from the corner used car lot, not Corwin. Also, the front windshield had a chip in that we asked to be fixed when we purchased the car. Was that on the inspection report, nope! Corwin did fill the chip, but not the best job IMHO. Wanted to ensure it long term, so getting a new windshield installed from Safelite. $1,131. To add a tertiary complaint, when they took off the old and put the new Corwin license plate holders on, they used the wrong bolts in the back. Tried to shove some large course thread screw into the M6-1 holes. Google search on correct size, new bolts purchased from Napa $12, cleaned up the threads with a tap and fixed, but lack of detail and the salesman saying it was the previous owner who had the wrong bolts in there...come on man! read more

Poor service after the sale, we recently purchased a 2019 F-250 from Corwin and discovered the owners manual was missing. Which also means no door pass code. I reached out to our salesman Jose to have him track down either the owners manual or the pass code for us. Shockingly they could not provide either, we would have settled for just the passcode. Per Jose, the Sales Manager Daniel could not get the code, no explanation why just could not. They know who the previous owner is, he traded the 2019 in on a newer rig. Would take just a simple phone call, but they are either not willing or just unable to make the call. Also surprising they did not offer to reset the code for me, they are a Ford dealer and could do this service. Very disappointed, and doesn't bode well for a repeat sale in the future. read more

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! Corwin Ford, and perhaps more specifically, Jared Hancock a sales manager, sold my wife a used 2013 Subaru Outback in exchange for our 2017 BMW X3, on July 27 for $6,776.89. On July 28th, LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER, it breaks down and strangers are needed to help my wife push it into a safe parking space! When they took a brief look at the car, they claimed that there is nothing wrong with it--which makes no sense--as the car wouldn't have broken down in the first place if that was accurate. They refused to take the car back, or even exchange it for another in equal value. They even had the gall to try and offer a "trade in" at a considerably lower value. Seriously, who wouldn't be offended by this? And why would I even seriously consider buying another car from them after this? Furthermore, I found their overall customer service to be abhorrent as there was little to no concern of there being anything they can do to be of further assistance. I expect that the car will continue to have the same problems with breaking down in the days to come. I feel that this is a "Major Defect", and should be covered under the "Implied Warranty" laws (RCW 62A.2-314). We are planning on reaching out to a Lemon Law Attorney soon regarding this case. When told that I was planning on doing this, the sales manager simply said, "well, if that's what you need to do." He clearly did not care about what just happened to us, and offered no conversation to try and ameliorate the fact that they just sold us a car that broke down in less than a day. I would HIGHLY caution any customer considering this dealership. They clearly don't care about their customers and are willing to sell you Lemons with no regard to how it effects their business after the fact. purchased a Truck Monday and had transmission problems Monday afternoon. used truck my problem now. happened again Tuesday went digging deeper to find the problem. the dip stick that comes in two pieces was separated. didn't happen while driving they just don't pop off so that was missed in the through inspection. inside the motor bay was tool left over and the caps off the A.C. lines not big deal but shows the commitment to quality it seems. no big deals used truck my own risk. as i returned to the parts department to purchase another 300 is fluid and filter since don't know what went into the tranny or anything else. stopped by sales to drop the tool off for the mechanic that left it behind and didn't complete whatever work was going on. described what happened short version. thought would at least get a apology for things definitely not as should be. seemed they were to busy to be bothered. have purchased multiple vehicles from the and from that lot back to Russ Dean days. think ill go elsewhere. gave 2 ( he was worth 5) stars for the salesman that helped with the purchase he gets more but they brought it down. read more

Purchased a used car at Corwin Ford a couple weeks ago and was told I would get a car tracking program that was at no cost included in the purchase of the car. Told I would receive an email a few days after the purchase. Few days came and went with no email to activate my free program. I called and emailed 3 times to see what was up and told each time they would send an email link to activate asap! Still, nothing and just got off the phone with them and they said I refused the tracing app, and they could activate it for $399. That was a big no! So, in the end if you buy from this dealer be mindful not to trust what they say regarding something like this. Ended up being yet another let down. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a used 2021 F150 Limited in February 2023. The only reason I purchased used was because the new vehicles removed many of the options, including BlueCruise. This was a primary selling point for me. I was told that this included 3 years of BlueCruise and connected services with the purchase, which motivated me to get a 3 year loan, matching the term that I intended to keep the truck. After months of hassle getting BlueCruise to work, after less than a year Ford is trying to charge exorbitant amount to continue to enable. The sales guy was great but they sold me a 2017 Tacoma Truck that was unsafe. they did not disclose that it had been a Fire Rescue truck on the beach in San Diego. all the rust and sand had been spray painted over both underneath & any where it showed. Worst of all the vehicle was UNSAFE with both rear Leaf Springs broken. numerous mechanical things were rusted and near breaking: Fan shroud Broken at bolts, power steering cooler rusting out, steering rack leaking. over 16 items not related to normal wear & tear, especially for a vehicle with 25,000 miles on it. So far, they dealer has given me the run around and wants "their mechanic to talk to my mechanic." At this point, i will be going to WSADA to report they sold me an unsafe vehicle and covered up major deficiencies. read more

DO NOT purchase from Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA). Following up on my initial Yelp Review of 4/9/23: We purchased a used 2015 Audi Q7 in March of 2023 from Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA). The salesman who I gushed over in my previous Yelp review, who sold us a Ford Blue Advantage/Blue Certified used car will not return my phone calls or emails, nor those of my wife, since it is her car. We are having a plethora of problems and we have had to already pay more than $3000 in unexpected repairs in less than a year, including the replacement of the valve cover gasket. At the time of our purchase, I remember asking to see the dealership's copy of the CarFax. Brenden Bender replied that it could be provided, but it was not. Recently, we acquired our own CarFax about the Audi, which showed a record of consistent maintenance and repairs done by the previous owner. The previous owner had reliably done 5,000-mile, 15,000-mile, and 35,000-mile checks done, with the replacements of oil and air filters, along with tire rotations and front end alignments done on a regular basis. The CarFax report indicated that filters and electrical systems were checked at each maintenance check. The CarFax report for when Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA) put the vehicle up for sale stated simply: oil and filter changed. No rotation of tires or air or cabin filters changed; an instance of Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA) simply interested in selling a used car quickly and likely for a handsome profit. Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA)'s Blue Advantage 139-point inspection missed an oil leak. Not just any oil leak, rather, an oil lake. My wife has had to add several quarts of oil in the past few weeks alone. Our local ASE-certified mechanic has estimated that this oil leak will require removing the entire engine from the vehicle, with an estimate of at least $6000. Our local ASE-certified mechanic has also suggested that we replace most of the power steering system, a cost of about $2000. With the previous repairs already totalling $3000, we are approaching nearly $12,000 in repairs to a Ford Blue Advantage/Blue Certified used car which we paid $24,000 to purchase less than a year ago. When we purchased the vehicle, the window sticker was not marked "As Is - No Dealer Warranty." Instead, a box marked below indicated "Manufacturer's used vehicle warranty applies." And yet, no response from Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities representatives about our concerns and projected costs. A minor item, but the owner's manual was checked off in the inspection, yet not to be found in the car anywhere. A simple oversight? Perhaps, and yet I think another indication that Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA) does not truly check their used vehicle purchases before offering them up for sale. To repeat, while we have contacted Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities representatives numerous times about our concerns about this vehicle and we have had no response. None at all. We are at a loss why a supposedly reputable business such as Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA) would willingly choose to ignore our questions, leaving us in a financial lurch. When we sell this 2015 Audi Q7, we will not be purchasing a replacement vehicle for my wife from Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA). Yes, the saying "Buyer beware" is apt, but I will be more succinct: do not purchase a used vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter, from Corwin Ford of the Tri-Cities (WA). Purchased: New 2021 Ford F350 Superduty Platinium Crew Cab Tremor 4x4 Powerstoke. The entire shopping and buying experience was second to none. Emma Harvey took the time to understand my specific needs for the truck, what I was looking for, the options packages I required, and hustled to identify the truck that I ultimately purchased. I am an out of state buyer, so I flew into Pasco Airport, where she picked me up, greeted me with a big smile, and brought me back to the dealership. She reviewed all the wonderful features and options on the truck, worked with me the final sale, and registration, where everything ran smoothly. By the time I left, the truck was fully detailed, fuel tank was full, and a happy customer was behind the wheel. After unsuccessful negotiations with Rafael Piris Burgos on a used Chevy truck, I was not expecting the rude text he sent me later that day after it was sold. Business manager, Curt Watson, was equally as rude when he told my wife and I that we were disingenuous and we were not being transparent. I think he forgot who the customer was. Rafael talked very highly of himself and his repeat customers but I will not be one of them and I would not recommend going to Corwin Ford if you want a respectful customer experience. read more

I don't like being lied to...I found a good vehicle for my wife, located quite a distance from my home. The Corwin system worked for selling me the car and facilitating the delivery of the vehicle; I paid for the delivery, of course. In conversation with Brendon Bender (their salesman), I was told that the vehicle was equipped with a tracking device because, (they had had cars stolen from their lot and was able to find the location of the car via a system using the tracking device they had already installed...which cost me $399 ( and they weren't able to remove it? What?). Later upon documentation signing one sheet offered an opportunity to sign up for the remote app to track my car and for them to track my car...presumably to call me in for servicing: quite the manipulation. I doubt that cars were stolen off their lot and they relocated them via the tracking device system, but they did want more of my money so they or I could track the vehicle and service it. Another marketing system they 'push' on you is the Corwin decals they glued on to the rear of the car. I noticed them in the photos as I reviewed the vehicle. I talked to Brendon Bender and was told that he would have that removed before the car was delivered, as according to his words, "I was not being paid to advertise for them". I called him back twice (3 days apart) to ensure that the decals would be removed, and he again assured me they would be. I was told that the vehicle would arrive with a full tank of gas. (Apparently, the delivery drivers would stop near my delivery spot and fill up the tank, nice. When the vehicle arrived, delivered by two very cordial men, what should have been a very wonderful experience turned out to be very frustrating and disappointing. The gas tank was not filled and the men (who explained to me that filling a gas tank prior to delivery is usually written up on their paperwork; it was not) had to go to the nearest gas station and fill it, which they did. Then I noticed the advertising decals on the truck of the vehicle were still there....so I called Brendon Bender and reminded him I had specifically informed him and received assurance that the decal would be removed. He told me to go to a local car wash and use the pressure washers there to remove them. I explained repeatedly that we don't have pressure washers at the 3 local car wash facilities...after several moments of disbelief that he did not believe me, he went on a different tack. He now told me they could be removed with a fingernail and then the glue removed with window cleaner. I had window cleaner handy and tried that, it didn't work. I informed him that my time and effort to fix this problem had a value, he balked at that. Then he said that a hair dryer could be used to remove this glue, but you must be careful not to harm the paint. I just paid $25,000 for a car and a salesman was telling me to take a hot hair dryer to it that might do damage...and I requested (3 times) and was reassured that the decals would be gone. His last statement was that 'glue gone' or some such solvent would remove it and that he would send me some. Of course, he never did send it. So, I have been lied to repeatedly by a salesman and manipulated by a car dealership. I will never do business with this group again and hope you don't either. They are manipulative and liars. So, why did I write all this and take my time to do so...because I hope you won't do business with them, and they get feedback that their manipulations are not acceptable. We need to voice the wrongs to get more things right. Affixing license plate holders that advertise the selling dealership is enough and a very common practice; I removed them both. read more

I had help ordering a new Bronco with the help of Allen D. He was friendly and responsive. It took a long time for the Ford Motor Company to build and complete the delivery (over a year). The dealership experience was great though. No hidden costs, markups or surprises. I ordered the thing, payed a fair price and took delivery. I would recommend Corwin Ford if you are interested in a new vehicle. read more
