Came in to look at a car, ended up buying the car. Jonathan made the experience easy and was very helpful with whatever we needed.

I bought a slightly used Q5 from Audi Tri-Cities last week from 600 miles away using Facetime to look the car over.

It was the making of a nightmare situation as more and more problems were revealed with my car but they were so great in working with me and keeping me updated. The best was that I was able to tell them my budget and they worked so hard to get my car up and running for the price I set. Having my car break down could have been devastating but the wonderful people at BMW made it bearable. I will definitely be going back.

The salesman by the named Miguel Reyna, without my verbal or written consent, he proceeded to run my credit report. At no point did I authorize a credit inquiry. This action is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer trust and potentially unlawful under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He took my personal information/ social security that BMW has (I have purchased several BMW in the past) I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead was left feeling disrespected and concerned about how my personal information was handled. Customers deserve honesty and clear communication when making such an important financial decision, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when working with this dealership.

Normally don't write Yelp reviews for car dealerships, but making an exception because one of the car guys (Steven? Stephen?... sorry forgot his first name but Mr. Huang the Asian car salesmen) was exceptionally helpful. At the other locations, I felt intense but subtle pressure to walk away with a purchase as if it was a crime against humanity if I didn't buy something that day. Stephen acted completely differently and gave me honest and real advice. He made me realize I should keep my current car for a little bit and see if it meets my needs, and only then, should I consider purchasing a new one. I didn't buy a car that day from any dealerships, but if I needed to in the future, I'm definitely making Lithia my first (and likely final) stop.

The dealership replaced the radiator, with warranty covering a bill of more than $1,000, and returned the Jeep to me--only for the problem to return a few miles down the road. This happened three times. Each time, I brought it back, and each time I was assured the issue had been repaired. Unfortunately, the Jeep overheated on every occasion, although I was fortunate to shut it down quickly each time. On the fourth inspection, coolant was found in the oil, and I was told the engine would need to be replaced. The dealership spent more than two months attempting to get the repair covered under warranty, but those efforts were unsuccessful. They eventually reduced the estimated cost from approximately $12,000 to around $4,000, voluntarily absorbing part of the expense. At that point, I simply didn't have the money to proceed. The Jeep was never repaired and was ultimately repossessed. I'm documenting everything because I believe this situation deserves a closer look. I have records, paperwork, and text messages documenting the repairs, repeated visits, and conversations throughout this process. I'm now saving toward consulting an attorney to determine what options I may have. I've owned 11 Jeeps over the years, and this experience has completely changed my confidence in the brand. A customer shouldn't be financially devastated because a vehicle repeatedly comes back from service with the same problem unresolved. I hope Jeep and the dealership take situations like this seriously. This experience has destroyed my faith in a brand I supported for years.
