Just wanted to shout about our awesome experience with our Sales Agent Angel Beltran at Corwin Ford…read morein Tri-Cities. We went truck shopping last month - not necessarily looking to purchase that day - but open to it if we found the right rig. When we pulled up to Corwin, we were greeted by Angel. He came across as 100% legit, not pushy at all - completely welcoming and eager to answer our questions. I had my eye on a Maverick - and he was super knowledgeable about all the features and differences between models. Made us feel super comfortable was easy going the entire time. After a test drive, and Angel showing us all the features - we were sold! The whole experience was great. Angel is going to be a Super Star!! Thank you Corwin!!

My gripes weren't of the highest order but as customers we all like to get what we ask for and what we paid for. In my case I got a little extra for no cost (Pulse brake light and a sticker on the back of my new truck). Both were easily removed and all is well. Corwin reached out to apologize and make it right with me. I appreciate that and will certainly give Corwin another chance. The salesperson whom I worked with originally also reached out to stress that the company cares and that helps a lot. So thank you for that. I will also continue to update this review as time goes on so more to come!

Jorden was the consummate professional. He immediately came out to help us, asked all the right…read morequestions and we had the perfect truck nailed down in a matter of 15 minutes. He then let us test drive it. And we ultimately purchased it. My only complaint was that the process to purchase it took 5 hours once we had selected the vehicle. We were paying cash for the car and attempted to negotiate the price. Jorden's manager was involved and was beyond rude, super defensive AND clearly did not understand the art of negotiation. I think the manager should consider working at Chuck E. Cheese. As far as, the overall management of the dealership...It leaves much to be desired... the fact that they have plenty of sales agents, plenty of customers, but not the ability to process purchases in a timely manner is unfortunate to the point I won't purchase another car from McCurley. However, if you are reading this review and you need a good salesman...Jorden is your guy!!! Just take a good book to read to help pass the time during the purchasing process. And if you end up having to negotiate with the "should be" manager of Chuck E. Cheese...tell him Trisha says, hi and maybe turn on the heat inside the dealership - it's winter time!

1st time buyer Johnny was very nice when my buddy came to check out a couple cars…read more The next day Johnny sent his Financial Manager to help us with possibly getting a test drive, I don't remember his name but he was very rude not willing to budge on a overpriced car that has no list of what was done to it 6 owners it was a trainwreck. He was very cocky and snobby, said he has been doing sales for 15 years and he knows how it all works (yeah... right) after going back and forth arguing with us he told us to come back once we make more money? 1. Don't argue with the customer or you've lost the deal. 2. Be a little more professional other than boasting about your years of experience 3. You need more practice in sales. I can tell. They lost a customer but honestly I think I dodged a bullet.

It says ALL TYPES of credit is accepted which is false. If you only accept the best credit than put it as such and not give the ones hope that they can start fresh again with an opportunity for a new vehicle. They didn't even give me a chance to try and put money down or give me any other option they just simply denied me and hung up. I hope others get the experience that they need to get what they want. I won't apply nor will I go to prestige again. Do better

On Thursday, June 23rd my husband and I were en-route from Camas, WA. to Spokane WA. to pick up our…read moreson from Gonzaga basketball camp when a tire pressure light came on our 2016 Mazda CX5. We pulled over and checked the tires and saw nothing but the light remained on. We googled the nearest Mazda dealership which was McCurley Integrity Mazda in Pasco. We pulled in at around 5:30 PM expecting bad news. The service manager, Stan, was fantastic. He immediately asked for my key, he put the car up on the rack for inspection and he checked all tires for any visible issue. He then set all tires at the same tire pressure and showed me how to do so. This is not our local dealership and there was nothing in it for the service rep yet Stan was friendly, helpful and he got us back on the road in about 15 minutes feeling very relieved. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We bought a 2018 Ford Escape from McCurley Chevrolet in March. At the time of signing, everything…read morewas perfect and we were assured that the vehicle had even been given a McCurley Certified 360 inspection. A week later, the car started having shifting issues. It was struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears and was making a sound under the hood. We brought it back and explained the issues. They told us McCurley Mazda did the initial inspections and to bring it there, so we did. We ended up having to leave it there because no one could tell us what was wrong. We didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so we called and they said they still didn't know anything, but thought it was the timing chain. We didn't hear anything again for another week, so we called and were told no one there knew what was going on and they were taking it to McCurley Ford. It stayed another 2 weeks there with no updates, except to randomly call us one day to let us know the guy working on it would be absent that day. About a week later, they called and said it was done. They replaced the timing chain. We picked it up, brought it home, and it was good for another week. Now it is doing the SAME thing again that we initially brought it in for -- jerking, struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears, and there is a ticking sound under the hood. On top of that, the driver's side door is struggling to open and close. They kept the car through the entire warranty period, but since this is the same issue we originally brought it in for, we should not have any financial obligations for repairs. I submitted a contact form and after not hearing anything back for a week, I called. I was assured it would be escalated and someone would call me back. Here we are another week later and we still have not heard from anyone. To say we are livid is an understatement. We paid almost $14,000 for a car that has given us nothing but problems, with symptoms pointing directly to transmission issues. I believe our car was purposely kept through the warranty period and that they knew it was a transmission issue. As I said before, we should not be obligated to take on the financial burden of repairing this car since we initially brought it in during the warranty period and the same problem is still persisting. Honestly, I almost want my $3,000 down payment back so I can go elsewhere. I wanted to give these dealerships the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to rectify the situation before writing a negative review, but it seems our problem does not matter. My suggestion is to go elsewhere if you are in the market for a vehicle.
