Just wanted to shout about our awesome experience with our Sales Agent Angel Beltran at Corwin Ford…read morein Tri-Cities. We went truck shopping last month - not necessarily looking to purchase that day - but open to it if we found the right rig. When we pulled up to Corwin, we were greeted by Angel. He came across as 100% legit, not pushy at all - completely welcoming and eager to answer our questions. I had my eye on a Maverick - and he was super knowledgeable about all the features and differences between models. Made us feel super comfortable was easy going the entire time. After a test drive, and Angel showing us all the features - we were sold! The whole experience was great. Angel is going to be a Super Star!! Thank you Corwin!!

I've been trying to arrange service for my vehicle, and the experience so far has been frustrating…read morefrom start to finish. It took two days of dealing with an AI phone system that just looped me around before I could reach an actual person. When I finally connected with a service advisor, J. Dewey, I explained I'd gotten a quote from another shop (since I couldn't get through to this one in the first place). She asked me to forward it over and said she'd check with her mechanic and call me back. That was five days ago. I still haven't heard a word. I've since emailed the GM twice trying to get some kind of response, and he hasn't replied either. I haven't even managed to get an appointment scheduled, and at this point I have zero confidence in this service department's communication or follow-through. I can't recommend dealing with them.

He then let us test drive it. And we ultimately purchased it. My only complaint was that the process to purchase it took 5 hours once we had selected the vehicle. We were paying cash for the car and attempted to negotiate the price. Jorden's manager was involved and was beyond rude, super defensive AND clearly did not understand the art of negotiation. I think the manager should consider working at Chuck E. Cheese. As far as, the overall management of the dealership...It leaves much to be desired... the fact that they have plenty of sales agents, plenty of customers, but not the ability to process purchases in a timely manner is unfortunate to the point I won't purchase another car from McCurley. However, if you are reading this review and you need a good salesman...Jorden is your guy!!! Just take a good book to read to help pass the time during the purchasing process. And if you end up having to negotiate with the "should be" manager of Chuck E. Cheese...tell him Trisha says, hi and maybe turn on the heat inside the dealership - it's winter time!

We bought a 2018 Ford Escape from McCurley Chevrolet in March. At the time of signing, everything…read morewas perfect and we were assured that the vehicle had even been given a McCurley Certified 360 inspection. A week later, the car started having shifting issues. It was struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears and was making a sound under the hood. We brought it back and explained the issues. They told us McCurley Mazda did the initial inspections and to bring it there, so we did. We ended up having to leave it there because no one could tell us what was wrong. We didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so we called and they said they still didn't know anything, but thought it was the timing chain. We didn't hear anything again for another week, so we called and were told no one there knew what was going on and they were taking it to McCurley Ford. It stayed another 2 weeks there with no updates, except to randomly call us one day to let us know the guy working on it would be absent that day. About a week later, they called and said it was done. They replaced the timing chain. We picked it up, brought it home, and it was good for another week. Now it is doing the SAME thing again that we initially brought it in for -- jerking, struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears, and there is a ticking sound under the hood. On top of that, the driver's side door is struggling to open and close. They kept the car through the entire warranty period, but since this is the same issue we originally brought it in for, we should not have any financial obligations for repairs. I submitted a contact form and after not hearing anything back for a week, I called. I was assured it would be escalated and someone would call me back. Here we are another week later and we still have not heard from anyone. To say we are livid is an understatement. We paid almost $14,000 for a car that has given us nothing but problems, with symptoms pointing directly to transmission issues. I believe our car was purposely kept through the warranty period and that they knew it was a transmission issue. As I said before, we should not be obligated to take on the financial burden of repairing this car since we initially brought it in during the warranty period and the same problem is still persisting. Honestly, I almost want my $3,000 down payment back so I can go elsewhere. I wanted to give these dealerships the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to rectify the situation before writing a negative review, but it seems our problem does not matter. My suggestion is to go elsewhere if you are in the market for a vehicle.
