Really disappointing car wash. Advertised for $36 yet you pay $40. For this $40 I received an excellent outside wash and hand polish, however the inside vacuuming job was absolutely atrocious, and I doubt was given more than 30 seconds of effort. My floor mats were left unwashed, and instead had something like "Back to Black" rubbed on them, so now my foot slips every time I press my gas/clutch/brakes- not exactly ideal. My dash and door jams were not cleaned at all, even after pointing this out. Yes the exterior is stunning, but for $40 I would have appreciated even an attempted effort and cleaning the inside. Judging by the fact that 99% of the reviews here are all one star, I've decided not to even call them or go back to air my grievances with them... Took my car here and left with two giant scratches on it probably from some sort of debris in the brushes they use on the car, because there's no way that this scratch could get in here from somebody rubbing up against the vehicle or a shopping cart. Let me start by saying J&S has been my go to car wash for years so I have plenty of experience from the J&S from years ago to make this honest review and talk about what it has become. So I planned a trip with my son to get our cars washed since they were covered in snow and salt residue. We decided to get "the best" option in order to get a great result. Much to my disappointment our cars came out with a dirty exterior and interior and with the wrong mats. I immediately asked for the manager to voice my disappointment and to reclaim my mats. The manager was too busy with his phone to give me his undivided attention but i still explained the situation as to what service was paid for and the service we received and to have him look for my floor mats. He told me that for "the best" option all it brings was clean windows and vacuumed interior. I told him that it wasnt the case because ive been getting "the best" option for years and know first hand the service that is to come with it. He chose to make a call and walk away. I recovered my mats and decided to leave and will never return. Just to make it clear, "the best" option is the most expensive of the packages and anyone that frequents any car wash will tell you that the most expensive package at any car wash always comes with the works so for the manager to say "the best" option is just window cleaning and vacuuming is lying and disconnected from reality. Its a shame how businesses that once had exceptional service allow for their brand to die. I will never return and i hope that this review discourages you from experiencing what i did. I've been to this car wash numerous times because of how close they are. Almost every time I go I get their super wash and every single time I leave disappointed. Before the wash I showed them milk stains from my son in the back seat and asked if they could clean them. After the wash the back seats look like they have never been cleaned. I love the night washes here! I been to the other 24/7 wash, but they don't seem to shine the tires as nice. To me, the ride is defined mostly with the appearance of the tires. One time the tires stayed shiny for a few weeks. It was awesome. Of course you don't get an interior wash but at $10 and you get to stay in your car, how can you complain? They get my cars cleaned, and I always look forward to getting shiny tires from this place. The few times this place isn't opened in the extreme wee hours (3 AM) I head on to the other nearby 24/7 car wash, but I am not as happy as when I come to J&S simply because of the spectacular job their tire guys do! HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, brought my car in for a wash and I got the $50 service, which included cleaning the inside and out (which they normally don't do). My Jeep went through the wash cycle it was brought out then left to the side for 30 minutes before anyone started to dry it, and it's fine I get it this service required a little more service so I let it go but then when my car is finally finished, there's water mark all over my car since it sat for so long and then i notice it has scratches and paint chipping a from why they used to clean my car! How sloppy do you have to be to leave THREE separate scratches on the car! And not to mention the rude girl at the front desk, i asked for change and she gave me a dirty look! Don't waste your money! Awful experience. My car got dive bombed by come birds and needed to take it to the car wash. I went there and paid for "The Best" wash. As my car was going through I noticed the lights for the Rain X and Other thing I paid for were not coming on. I informed the girl who was helping a customer. She said I should have told her sooner and then said there is nothing she can do and then said I could be a lier. I asked for them to run it through again. I then asked for the manager, Winton, who said just pay for the regular wash and I would have to pay for a second if it goes through a second time. The woman at the counter refused to give me her name but then said she would call the cops if I didn't stop. To top it off they didn't even do a good job cleaning the car. Never use this place. Bad experience! They left my brand new car finished it's wash UNATTENDED. All the cars behind it were still being pulled by the conveyor belt, and they collided into one another hitting my rear bumper. Is this what you would want for your car!? The workers seemed to be lackadaisical, drunk hooligans. The manager came and said nothing to instruct better from his employees. I then opened my vehicle and the car mats were not properly placed, and left the empty bottles, garbage in my car. Keep in mind I paid for "the best" service. A damaged car has a less trade in value. Smh *** I made the manager clean out the garbage and align the mats. He offered 3 free cleanings and to fix the bumper. I said no thank you and took my refund (that could be three more times to potentially damage my car furthermore) I will not ever go back! read more

This place has lost my business. I took my car there after a snow storm and got a full wash with tires and all, paid extra. When the car was done there was still dirt marks on the car. I spoke to the manager and asked to run the car through the wash again due to the car still being dirty. Great car wash with a lot of washing package options. You pull up and they start by vacuuming the whole car. They tape down any wiper arms, or anything that could get caught in the machine brushes. This is a nice touch. Then they spray the car down with soapy water and quickly hand wash the wheels and most of the car before sending it through the machine. Comes out of the machine and they hand dry it and then clean all the interior glass. Sometimes they even do inside the doors and trunk area. They also have a large "store" to buy various car accessories like air fresheners, floor mats, seat covers, etc... Open 24 hours and have a highly discounted night wash available (exterior only). Better then a lot of hand wash only places since the hand washers always miss a ton of spots. I could not give 5 stars because it is still a machine wash and there is a higher possibility of scratches or damage but they do take every precaution available. read more

I received a filthy car wash service that was listed as their "Best Car Service Package". When I complained, I was treated with a curt and disrespectful representative. The business owner is listed as John Liss. However, he was unable to be contacted. All calls were picked up and hung up. It is disturbing because I have gone to this location for years. I've gotten two interior shampoo work on different cars, one being a sixteen passenger and I was completely satisfied with the job. They do a well job and the prices are reasonable. At the same time communication is a work in progress. They have signs saying it's open 24hrs but it's not open 24hrs and English isn't their first language. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! I have gone twice in two weeks. First time I just chalked up to a bad day (they didn't wash the inside windows or wipe down under the back hatch on my Suburban). So I gave them the benefit of the doubt went today. Specifically told them last time windows weren't washed, please clean. I was told ok. Car comes out, I get in ... windows weren't washed, back hatch washed wiped and the dashboard was dirty/dusty and the way back was not vacuumed either! Spoke to the "owner" who was yelling at me! I spent $25 in there, $20 for car wash "the best" and air freshener. The owner couldn't care less. Oh and the last time I got "the best" as well, but two very different services. So annoyed. Paid $21 and had to re-clean my windows on one side. They used a dirty rag on one whole side of the car. That side was worse than when I went in. My doors were dusty/smudges from a trip to the vet with dog. All dirt and smudges on door were still there. All of the floor entry (rim around door) was dirty and not touched. Pretty mad considering I paid $21. Been there before and it was never a great job, always issues, but this was the worst and they were not busy they were empty. read more
