Came here on a sunday afternoon and was pretty disappointed by the service and detail they provided. Normally i wash my car myself but this time i didnt want to deal with all the bird poop on my car. Didnt think a car wash would be 38 just for an external wash only. I had to point out all the areas they missed. And just from the lighting they missed a ton of spots. Mind you there was a ton of bird poop. Was able to point all of them out but due to lighting i missed a few spots. They were quite rough with my rear view mirrors that i had to re-adjust them. The guys english was pretty bad too. They didnt seem to under stand credit or cash or staying in car and confused it multiple times. Really had to get the car washed and this was the only one on the way to where I was headed. Looked for signage with the prices as I neared. Surely it's fine right? Even if it's $25 it's not great but not the worst right...lowest tier is $55. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS TO WASH A CAR. And by the time you're already in to see the prices, you're too far in to the establishment and workers already working on the car to really refuse. Absolutely insanity. Car wash was fine....after paying, i gave the cashier a $20 bill to get change to tip the crew drying the cars...she gave me back $10....when i asked about the other $10, she said she thought i gave her a $10 bill...i insisted it was a $20 bill...she said the manager had to look at the video..i waited a few minutes..the manager came out and said he saw me give her a $20 and her give me $10 back...ok, so give me my $$$!! the manager and the cashier could not grasp what was going on and didn't understand...i don't know if they are mentally challenged or what, but they refused to give me my $10 back...thats ok, your crew lost out on a $10 tip and this business just lost a customer who gets his car washed weekly and who will now tell all his family and friends to never go here. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. Even when I became a detailer, I still remained loyal and washed my vehicle during the winter and recommend friends and family. As of today, I will not be doing that nor will I recommend anyone to visit this car wash. David who is the manager there isn't fair to his loyal customers. Each person is just another customer no matter how long you've been supporting him. Vacuums and air pressure are self service on the exterior side. Half the equipment there are either broken or not working properly. He hasn't fixed them in months. He has a man who claims to be another manager working for him. Tall older man with glasses who treats and talks to all clients poorly. Exterior washes are suppose to have first priority since they are quicker to attend too. When the exterior side doesn't work, he looks at the side and ignores it having customers wait over 10 minutes to be attended to. Last week I went and when the worker was wiping down my vehicle, I came out to wipe the door edges because the second I drive off, all the water falls back on the vehicle leaving it wet again. The man who claims to be the another manager yells and tells me to get back into my car. I told him I just need to quickly whip this part before driving off (which only takes me 1 minute to do). He said exterior is only outside. And I told him that makes no sense because a second I drive off the water flys onto the exterior so the car is wet again. I asked him if they use the window spray on the windows because there are water stains on it. He saids no we don't have to because the machine does this. Mind you this is a hand wash hand dry location. He then terminates my membership. I left a message for David the manager to call me about this matter. He has never called me back. I advise you if you are looking for a good car wash with people who will actually take detail to your car, go somewhere else. If you just need a wash then do as you please. But they don't care about helping. They will half fas your vehicle take your money and on to the next. There has been others who had the same experience as me as well. I purchased Five Corners Monthly Car Wash for August 2025 - only for one month. Five Corners charged my account a second time in September and when I called to get a credit for the second charge and ensure I would not have a new charges against my credit card, they were extremely rude to me, would not let me speak, and refused to issue a credit for the unauthorized charge. Their hand car was is ok but their business practices are not ethical. I suggest using another one of the hand car wash companies in the area, as I will be doing. read more

The car washers are great but you have to get on them to ensure they clean in spots you expect for $45. I bought a 5 car wash card and really couldn't tell you if it was worth it. I never seemed to have the amount I calculated in it. Still of all the car washes in the area this one is the best so I'm a repeat customer. It's my last car wash so I'm going deluxe with ceramic coating. Do I need it? I don't know. But I did it. They have great marketing and the product is good. I have been going there for years and I have always been cordial to the workers. Today one of the owners was very rude and unprofessional. I pay $97 a month for the unlimited service and I have always had my car wiped down with a towel and my wheels shined. Today he said that they don't have that service anymore. I was surprised, so I decided to cancel my monthly service. I honestly don't want to pay for rude mediocre service. This past Saturday I went here for the first time. It was pretty busy. I went with the Gold package which is advertised as $55. The car was washed, but they missed the lower chrome section on the front bumper. Also a couple spots where the birds divebombed the Jeep weren't fully cleaned. I have Weathertech mats, extra $10 to rinse them off with water. Vacuuming was a 3 out of 5 but the rear compartment by the lift gate wasn't cleaned at all. The guys said you want your matts cleaned? I said isn't that inclued? the response was "yea". Now you would think cleaning the matts would be inclued. Well now they are power washed but it cost $10. David is a nice guy and was a man of his word and honored the advertised price I was supposed to have in signing up for a monthly unlimited. I signed up for a monthly unlimited exterior wash. I have been happy with the wash. Right before the entrance for the exterior wash there is a vacuum station which you are entitled to use anytime with self serve. My kids like staying inside the car as we drive inside the car wash watching the cool rainbow lights changing the colors of the foamy soap. I signed up for the cheaper unlimited wash with no towel dry service, at the end of the car wash I just drive off and the car air dries itself by the time I get home. If you want the car to be spot free I would suggest towel drying it yourself or paying $10 extra a month for the towel dry service. Their car wash is nice n gentle compared to another local car wash I went to that felt like the pressure of the water and blowers was too much and gonna break something off the car. read more

So, I decided to go and see what this bustling place can provide. The hand wash portion does take some time, but the staff does a thorough job. I wasn't sure to tip at the beginning or end... there was a tip box prior to getting the main wash, and then I noticed another patron handing over a tip when his car was complete. I did both but I wish I knew which was preferred. Additionally, the hand washing could have been a little gentler. One of my vinyl window decals was damaged a bit and a bunch of my dashboard settings had been bumped in to at some point and were changed.
