Mike arrived on time and had all the tools to move the project car which was kind of tricky as it was sitting on jacks in my garage (I did not have a jack) and the car had a couple flat tires. When I called back to inquire the rude dispatch lady informed me that she and the driver had tried to reach me on 2 different numbers that they have for me. I only have one number and my phone didn't ring. she advised me to call roadside assistance and set up another tow because they gave them the wrong number. Keep in mind she's already lied and stated she called my number and couldn't reach me at the correct number. She stated the driver called me at 2 different numbers as well.
