I am late in writing this review but wanted to do so. I just wanted to say that J&T Locksmith was amazing! On June 30th I had locked my keys in the car the previous night and did not realize it until the next morning at 4:30 am when it came time to take my husband to work, luckily my son didn't have to be at work until 6:30 am. On my way home I called several "24-hour" locksmiths and none could send anyone out until after 8 am, this would then make me late for work. My last hope was J&T Locksmith, I let the gentleman on the phone know the situation and he was at my house in about 30 minutes and had my keys in my hand in less than 10 minutes. He was very courteous and polite even after my son was rude to him, ( my son did not know that I called a locksmith and thought someone was trying to break into my car) I did not tell my son because I thought he was still asleep. First day at our new house and we left the keys on the table when we went outside. Yes, the door locked itself behind us. This is during a heavy thunderstorm and after hours on a Sunday. Fortunately we had met our neighbor earlier in the day and was able to go over and use her phone to find a locksmith. Our anxiety level was getting higher as this was a new house day one, in a new city and again in a heavy thunder storm. We had little faith that we would find a locksmith open on a Sunday let alone coming out after hours in a storm. Raul of J&T Locksmith was at the house in less than 15 minutes and had us back inside shortly after that. This is one of those emergency times when a person could really overcharge you because of the conditions. But that wasn't the case, Raul was more than reasonable with his charges and I would certainly recommend him. read more

My elderly parents locked themselves out of their house today, they grabbed the wrong keys when I picked them up to take them on some errands. I called JT locksmith and no joke, in a matter of less than five minutes of me calling them, Raul Ochoa was there!! In two seconds he unlocked the door to the house. We went out briefly and left our pet in our Fleetwood motor home and locked the top lock. Some how our pet managed to hit the lock for the bottom lock and we were then locked out. We called J & T Locksmith and they were at our site in about 10 minutes. In about 1 minute he had our door unlocked for us. Great service and a good lesson for us. read more
