The individual Realtor did not…read moredirectly initiate the the problem, it was the office marketing administrator who caused the ruckus. While negotiating a deal the office marketing administrator sent me an email disparaging my approach to the purchase of a piece of property. Imagine as a Seller that the agency is telling your prospective Buyers off! That sort of thing. I would not personally give Windhill a listing to sell any property I owned given my experience as a potential buyer. I would go with a more established name and and office with tighter managerial control. Needless to say, I took exception to the issue, but counter-offered anyway because I liked this property. No deal as yet, but we'll see how that goes.
