Not the best but not the worse. Ordered 10pcs wings with combo fried rice meal. Food was aiiight...meh. Cashier was friendly tho

Disappointing. Converted BK, lots of customers waiting for large takeout orders. Took 35 minutes for food to come out. Boneless wings were "meh" - overcooked, breaded chunks of white meat chicken, kinda chalky. Fried okra was really good. Fries were not all that great. Gyro meat was dry and crusty. Inside decor was done by a teenager. Loud video games and billiard table, along with takeout crowd milling in the dining area were very annoying. Not inclined to give it a second chance. read more

Never again will go here. Extremely slow and clueless girls taking orders. Waited more than 30mins for some damn wings. A family came in behind me and ordered a big pan size of wings and got there food before me. That was the last straw I asked for a refund and as soon as I asked for that my food wanna show up. My husband has been raving about this place all year. I decided to check it out. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fried rice my husband ordered the cheeseburger with fries. We were one of two couples in the place. 45 minutes later the food came out. My meal was great but my husbands giant burger was well done and smashed so it was as dry as could be. The two ladies behind the counter just chatted the entire time not checking on the status of our food. Why they don't make burgers the temp the customer wants I have no idea. Maybe it's because the beef isn't that good. All I know is my husband said it was the worst burger he's ever had. I went during lunch time. I ordered on the phone prior to getting there. My food was ready when I got there. I ordered the 10pc wing lunch combo. 1/2 garlic 1/2 hot-lemon pepper. The wins were just ok. The garlic could have had more garlic and seasoned better. The hot-lemon pepper was the better of the 2. So I went here once it was shortly after they opened maybe about a month or so, and I hope this is the excuse for my experience there being horrible. So first of after waiting 45 minutes for a order of 10 piece boneless wings and fries (It wasn't even busy) they got the order wrong and gave me the wrong flavor. Then I waited an additional 15 minutes, grabbed my food and went home. Noticed that my fries weren't in the bag so I had to go back and get the fries. Food was cold by the time I was able to sit down and eat, and the wings had like a weird doughy batter. Wasn't worth the wait or the trouble. I haven't been back since. I now stick to Atlanta's Best Wings right down the street from them. Hopefully they've gotten it together by now. read more

Will comment on the food of ever we get it...ordered and waited almost an hour to get food which is absolutely ridiculous. Without a sorry or anything....most likely will never return to this place rather go somewhere else not sure what the rave about this place is with service like we have received this far. I have a 2hr wait for my car to be repaired and i have nothing to do. so I decided to take a walk to this place because the walk to Chili's is much farther. This is a very clean friendly spot. The staff suggested i try their fried rice and it was good so was the wings. I'll do this again, yes I would. read more

One of my fav lunch spots..... Reasonably priced, and fairly quick considering everything is cooked to order..... Good Philly, great boneless wings, the hot teriyaki is awesome.... Good burger, good gyro, good tilapia sandwich... Scorching hot crinkle fries, And I hear the fried rice is great... Large portions, clean restaurant, and they even sell beer if you are so inclined.... I'm hungry now.... read more

We Went here for lunch. At first the service was fine upon placing the order. After waiting 40 minutes for our food I went to ask when it would be ready. The ladies working the counter started getting an attitude and offered excuses. While waiting we watched the employees flirt with some guys and use their cell phone. Not a customer friendly restaurant. We took our food home and we agreed the wings had no flavor and were very dry. The fries had no salt. There are much better places for wings in the area. I witnessed the lady owner/manager of this fine establishment use the bathroom (flushing the toilet included) and walk straight out into the kitchen area. Even if I were to give her the benefit of the doubt that she waited until she got to the sink in the employee area to wash up don't you have to touch the door, handles etc. to get there?????? Just nasty... After witnessing this first hand I will not be back. I loved their food but after seeing that I can't fathom eating anything from people that don't wash their hands. read more

I went one time a while back had to wait a little for my wings to go.. Not an issue ...they were really good and said I would go back I liked that they were cooked to order....fresh....moist and crispy. Went in the other day to order wings. The two girls behind the counter were not friendly . I ordered my wings she said ten to fifteen minutes. I was good with that I no sooner turn around and sat at the first table and she said you are ready. 2 minutes max. I asked if they pre-cooked their wings cause they could not be fresh. She said they do. I looked at the wings and they looked old and dried out. I told her they did not look good at all. I ask to have mine cooked to order. She took them back after sigh... Looking at the other girl.. I sat and within 5 min she said you are ready. I looked at them and they looked the same. Just maybe they dropped them back in the fryer to heat them up. I said these are not fresh. I took them and left but I will not go back and decided to review them as that is not a quality product to serve . The staff members were cleaning with chemical and went to serve me my fired without washing hand before. I bought it to the attention of the girl then spoke to the other girl s out it and they both got rude to me. The other 2 customers could not believe that they were not washing their hands and his rude the staff was to me. I asked the young lady her name I could not understand her. Asked the other person name and it was like catina. Once again she did not speak well, young black girl and the other person I think was the manager and was Hispanic. I state I would contact the owner and the Hispanic lady said go ahead she always agrees with her staff. I hope the owner reads this...so, she can explain that the health department does not allow food being severed with out washing your hAnds. Also, they were cleaning the drink machines without a disinfectant, the were wiping with same rag not a clean one. I went there after this location had been open several months. I ordered 16 piece wings and asked them to split the flavors. Then I noticed on the menu what looked like different levels of hotness. So I asked them to increase the hotness thinking my selected flavors would be jacked up. Instead they completely changed the flavor essentially dousing the wings in tobasco. If I wanted to eat tobasco I would have bought a bottle from walmart. The employee did not even inform me that the hotness levels were not related to the different flavors. When I asked about this when I picked up my order no explanation was given. No offer to rectify the order was given. No apology was given. The employee simply kept looking at me as if I was stupid. I attributed the incidence to my ignorance and left with my order. About a week later I returned to the same location. This time I called ahead of time and asked for the same 16-piece wings and asked them to split the flavors. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I reached the restaurant in five minutes, went in, informed the employee my name and order, and paid for my order. Then I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. I waited for over 45 minutes for my order. During this time there were several customers who came in after me, placed their orders, and received their orders. There were a few orders that seemed large and so I assumed they had been ordered before I placed my order and was why my order was taking longer to complete. During this time the employees saw me sitting there waiting. During this time the employees joked with other customers about lesbianism (yes I kid you not!) and then loudly laughing that "this is a family restaurant". None of the employees thought to ask me what I was waiting for. Did it not occur to them that I may have been waiting for my order? Is it the norm in J Buffalo wings for people to just sit in their restaurant? After 45 minutes I went to the counter and asked about my order. The employee turned around, picked up a box that had been sitting there for this entire time, and shoved it toward me saying that my order had been ready when I paid for it. Really? And they did not think to give it to me when I paid for my order 45 minutes ago? Needless to say I asked for a refund which was promptly given. Again, no apology, no offer to rectify the situation was given. What lousy customer service. Completely un-professional and un-courteous employees. Needless to say I will never go back to J Buffalo wings, no matter what the location. Finally this restaurant is not clean. The posted inspection rating was 85. Zero stars would my rating read more

Definitely the best wing spot in Snellville to the least. Good customer service, pretty clean dining area and the prices are decent with lots of options. If you know what you want I would definitely recommend calling your order and however so you're not waiting too long. read more
