The food itself is great, but the service and accuracy of orders in my experience has been highly negative. Only about 1 out of 5 times when I visit do I receive the correct sandwich the first time. If you're ordering a sandwich just as is without changing it at all you might get by fine. But add more than two instructions such as no pickle spear and no dressing; and it just trips many of the employees up. I hate to leave a negative review especially if it's about people, but my experience here has not been satisfactory; and mind this is a recurring issue.
