This place is really bumping because it was CHAOS when we came here. There seem to be no organization on where to stand in line and by the time you make it to the window, you're told you're in the wrong line lol. Yikes. Usually the patrons try to help each other out by letting them know where to go. Their wings and food are pretty good (standard) but if you come at the wrong time, it's going to be a long wait for your food. Even uber and door dash has to stand in the long line. Lol. We are new to the Snellville area. We've been on the hunt for good hot wings since we moved here a few weeks ago. Tonight TouchDown was the 5th wing spot we've tried. I was afraid that because they have so many sauce flavors that the wings themselves would be under seasoned and underwhelming (like one of the wing chains we recently tried). I am happy to report my fears were unfounded. We liked both sauces we tried: medium and spicy garlic Parmesan. We particularly enjoyed the medium. But the most important thing, the wings were seasoned to the bone and fried crispy just like we like them. I'm pretty sure this place was awesome during regular times, but for now you can only enjoy the wings and other items they serve. The wings were well-seasoned and flavored to my appreciation. They also were the perfect size, not too big or too small. Wasn't gone write a review cause I don't like messing up people business but tired of the bullshit with these ppl ... my first initial issue was they served me expired/bad rice (slimey & with very strong weird odor like it's been left out all night) and when I went in to return the food for an exchange because that's their weird ass policy because they are soooooo money hungry she didn't even have to look at the food she told me to keep it and is making a fresh batch right away . Then tonight Xmas eve its 16degress I decided to spend my hard earned money with them and I ordered 15 wings combo let's say at 7pm & by 7:02pm my food is ready (weird right) so they open and show me and everything looks normal to the eyes . I try one of the fries on top and it was cool . When I got home and really started eating into the fries they were burnt ; tough , and look like they been in the back (possibly cause the getting ready to close) and my chicken was so hard that when I bit into it it literally almost cracked my tooth how hard and burnt the chicken was and 13/15 pieces were burnt . Being angry I went out in that weather to spend money and it's burnt bullshit I throw food away and just said I'm not ever going back . However it's Xmas eve why should I throw this business $20 for food I couldn't eat so I call up there and let them know and they say they can't do nothing to help me since I threw food away . (Let's keep in mind I'm a regular there & they get between $50-$100 every two weeks from me and they said there is NOTHING they can do to help me out . So needless to say I dispute charge , got my money back but I won't ever be eating there again. ***btw while I was in there talking to Danny & Tina they legit just sitting there laughing in my face*** customer service is awful , money hungry place , they legit lost a loyal customer over $20 & principle which is something they know nothing about . I don't expect to turn ppl away from them but I at-least wanted to let my ppl know the type of people you are spending your money with . I am a South Gwinnett High School student, and I saw one of my teachers ordering his food and the Asian lady who was taking my teacher's order was very rude to him. My teacher asked the lady when was his food going to be ready after he waited for a long to for it to come up. People who ordered after him was getting called to get their food. The lady was very rude to my teacher. I started to get up and cuss the lady out because I really like this teacher and he did not deserve that treatment he was getting. She knew he worked at South Gwinnett because he had his teacher name tag on. I don't feel these people should work for the public if they can't be nice to customers, especially South Gwinnett customer. They get some much business from students and teachers. They should be ashamed. That lady had a nasty attitude and my teacher told her he didn't like her attitude. I told my friends not to eat there anymore. Go to Fingerz up the street instead.
