This may not seem like a big deal, but I came back to ask the name of the necklace's designer. Sales Associate Hildegard was quite rude in telling me that I couldn't have the designers name, after leading with a pretentious attitude. This forces me to travel here for repairs, although I paid for a piece with a lifetime warranty that came from the designer. I also don't have enough information to follow the designer on instagram. I am a student of jewelry, I've admired this work so much that I wanted to seek out this designer as a potential apprentice. I didn't want to shirk the store, and the assumption that I did will make me think twice before coming back. Given the limited number of jewelers that can masterfully craft a drilled diamond, I'm left in the dark with hoping that I can learn from them.
