Finally, we treated ourselves and the kids and rented a paddleboard for the day to play with in Lake Michigan. Again, no charge for delivery and pick up from the beach. Pain free fun!!! Art and his wife are friendly and knowledgeable and completely accommodating. We will use them again for sure!!

Art spent so much time with us explaining the ebike world to us and making sure we made an informed decision with test rides and answering all our questions. Before we left he made sure everything was fit and working properly to our satisfaction and patiently making changes to our needs. I feel confident Art and Shelly will continue to support our purchase above and beyond should we have any future problems or repairs. Our maiden trip was 18 miles on some hill country that I certainly would not have entertained on my mountain bike. These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. Our salesman was very patient and helpful and came up with a solution.

We rented bikes from Outpost while spending a long weekend in New Buffalo. We stopped by in person…read morethe day before to reserve two adult bikes and were told that they would be ready for pickup the next day at 11 am. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 11, the bikes weren't back from the previous rental pickup until close to 12 and then it took additional time for them to get them off the truck, get us helmets, etc. Since we had only rented them for a day, it was frustrating to have to wait around in the store not knowing when the bike truck would show back up. I wish the staff would have had a better understanding of the plans for the next day so that we could have spent our vacation time doing something more fun. Once we got the bikes, they were in good condition and rode well. We enjoyed riding around New Buffalo, Union Pier, and Three Oaks.

Summer fishing in the St. Joseph River doesn't get any better than our morning with Captain Gary…read more Three of us caught at least 20 fish representing 8 species, in late July...including cooking size walleye, smallmouth bass, and a jumbo flathead catfish. The river was beautiful, and Gary's knowledge of it was fascinating. He's a great guy, an amazing fisherman, and a terrific story teller. My grandson and I had chartered with him in July 2025 on a very hot day and had a great time then, too. The fishing was slower, but we caught fish and it was a beautiful day on the river. Captain Gary runs a great business. We can't recommend him high enough!
