The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

I have been consigning with them for about a month now and have sold a ton of stuff. The women who work there have been nothing but friendly and kind to me. When they don't accept an item of mine, it's not an issue. Not every piece of clothing is going to be wanted!
