Nothing beats a little retail therapy! I don't come here as often as I used to, but somehow, every visit still feels special. This afternoon, I stopped by a few premium brand stores, and every shopping experience was wonderful. On top of that, I also ended up getting quite a few steps in. By the time I got back to my car, I realized how much better I felt. Sometimes, a little shopping, a lot of walking, and a familiar place are all you need to reset.

I've always loved this brand, so I was happy to come across another location and stop in. Michelle was the sales associate who helped me, and she made everything so easy. She looked up my previous purchases and helped me figure out the right size while I was deciding. I really appreciated the extra effort. I also had a chance to meet Connie, the supervisor. When I first walked in, I actually mistook her for a sales associate, and she was gracious about it. We chatted for a few minutes, and I enjoyed getting to know her a little. She was very professional and accommodating. I ended up leaving with a beautiful sweater and, more importantly, feeling good about my visit. It's always nice when the people make a shopping trip as enjoyable as the purchase itself. I'll definitely be back!

They checked for more sizes for me, helped me with a dressing room and the atmosphere was just so much nicer than other stores. For example Versace made me feel uneasy even though I had multiple designer shopping bags with me, they made me feel like I didn't belong or was worthy of being in their store. Burberry was the opposite, I was dressed in flip flops and shorts yet I was treated as if I were the CEO. I happily spent thousands on some garments, was really nice I wasn't judged by my clothes I was wearing. The guy who checked me was also pleasant and had a conversation with me. Overall wonderful experience and I am Burberry fan for life. I will be back in the fall for more!

Polos were $119, though at some discount depending on the pattern. Definitely not too far from the regular retail, though, so I'm not sure coming during regular times is much of a deal. What really threw me off was the way items are labeled. On the price tags will be a number written in a thin marker. In literally every store I've ever been in when this happens that means this is the new price. Right? You've seen this everywhere: original price is the printed price on the sticker, the new discounted/sale price is the one written by hand on it. Not at this Barney's, so you can imagine my feeling of ignorance when I went to buy some very expensive shoes for $400+ dollars only to find out that this hand-written number is the **location** of the item in their storage and not at all the price (which was twice as much, and how could I not know that, and have I ever even *bought* couture before??") Needless to say I was embarrassed, which is never the way you want customers to feel, in the GAP and certainly not in Barney's. It's an easy fix: either add another sticker or recode your storage system to include letters so that we never confuse the written location with the written price. The number on these shoes written in bright green pen and the actual price (which was discounted, to be fair) in a faded print probably from its original display. The salesperson wasn't rude, but clearly I needed to learn about Barney's practices, and Barney's did not need to learn about mine!

Still there's a large number apparel products for men and women. There are few shoe aisles spread out by size. There's also accessories like bags, purses, watches, sunglasses, jewelry, home decor and travel bags, but most them had smaller number of varieties. As I explored the store, I noticed some really good sales. Regular sale was up to 70%. In the clearance section, it was 85% off. So, prices were excellent after applying the discounts. Staff members were available at the store, some were busy tidying up the products, and others were at the register. Despite the lesser number of products in some sections, overall it is a wonderful addition to the Woodbury commons's already impressive list of departmental outlet stores.

You call the number and the automated system says 9pm. I came here at 7:50 2/19 thinking they close at 9pm. They let me walk in and never said "we are closing" "you only have 10 mins" it's like they just avoided me. I only went to exchange sunglasses so that's all I looked at. I finally approach someone to unlock the sunglasses and she said they are closed and the registers are off. Today is 2/24 and I arrive here again promptly at 7pm. It took me 5 mins to get out my car bc my toddler was sleeping. When I approached the door it was LOCKED. I called the store and they told me they were closing at 7pm today despite the website and automated system saying otherwise. I am extremely disgusted with this location and after I return this item I'm washing my hands with SAKS altogether. Let's not forget my commute was just 2 hours. & I would rate this place 0 stars.
