This is a decent Kohl's. It's clean and well maintained and I can generally find what I'm looking for here. I like this one better than the one in Brookfield because it's more organized and they also have more self checkouts, which is nice when there is a line. My husband tends to spend too much money here, but we get some of that back in Kohl's cash so I can't complain too much. I will also add we got some very cool foldable side tables here that we use at parties and I got the last two they had, but they are wonderful and I wish I could find some more. read more

I always enjoy shopping at Kohl's, and the Highlands location in Brewster is no exception! The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need (and some things I didn't know I needed!). I especially love the self-checkout, which makes the whole shopping experience quick and convenient. Of course, Kohl's Cash is always a huge plus--who doesn't love earning rewards while they shop? And having a Sephora inside is the cherry on top! My sister could spend hours and hours here, and honestly, I can't blame her. Kohls in general worst store for billing since they went to capital one. to get billing straightened out bc the bill I received and my receipt amounts do not match. Called customer service for kohls/ capital one charge and was asked my annual income, my full social security number and then was hung up on. Called back and same b.s. Questions from someone I could barely understand. I asked for a supervisor and she said her supervisor was busy. I said I'll hold and wait and she said "I told you she was busy" and she hung up on me. I called back and same person answered and said "I told you she was busy" and again hung up on me. I called 5he store to see if I could get help from the store itself re my incorrect bill and was told they don't get involved with capital one. That's not what I asked for. I asked if they would help interpret the nightmare that us their billing bc they didn't reflect the amount on my receipts. This whole kohls/capital one billing system is the worst. No wonder they're going under.would give kohls a negative stars review if that was possible. If you shop there, pay cash so you don't have to deal with incorrect billing which no one seems interested in correcting. read more

Went to this Brewster location this afternoon around 2:30pm. Firstly the sales associate who helped my mom with her order through Kohls.com was super friendly, very professional, and super helpful. In addition, we used the self checkout to make our purchases. Very smooth process. Overall a super positive experience today. read more

I didn't know a lot about Kohl's when I stopped by for some holiday shopping and I gotta say I didn't love it but I liked it. The store seemed to be mostly clothes, home improvement items and a few other self care makeup/perfume options. I wasn't really impressed with the small variety of perfumes although I did like the bath bomb selection that they had available. Overall I would come here again if I wanted some cool bath bombs. I also purchased a treat launcher for my dog which I hope he'll like, and I hope it works. read more

This is a nicer Kohl's than most other locations. Always clean and always friendly staff *except for the bathroom cleaning lady. I went in to change my daughter's diaper and she seemed annoyed that she had to move her cleaning waist basket over so I could get to the diaper change station.* That did not make me feel very welcomed. Overall Kohl's is hit or miss for me personally as far as clothes go. I can always find great deals for my daughter though. PS - I only shop when they give me their 30% off coupon, Kohl's Cash or a really good coupon like $10 off anything - I refuse to purchase at any other time. read more

Kohls wasn't the easiest place to work at (I was a part time employee many years ago) but wow, when they have a sale, do they have a sale! They keep the store remarkably neat and clean considering the huge numbers of people always buying things there. They maintain enough people at the cash registers so the wait to check out isn't as long as you'd think and the parking is pretty good. Definitely recommended for being very "customer friendly." read more

Chad the manager and his team of Assistant managers (Amelia, Angie ) have really brought the store together, Shout out to Donna T (back wall) and Kelly for ALWAYS going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Store is clean, well lit and well stocked. It is the new Kohls Corporate policy changes that have occurred over the years that take away from the shopping experience but this store and staff are excellent. read more

This is usually one of the better Kohl's but the service has dropped significantly. One older gentlemen working in the shoe sections was especially rude, first I overheard him saying "I hope that lady drops dead",I have no idea who he was referring to since he seemed to be alone sticking shelves. If that was all I would have went on my way however shortly after he decided to yell at my child while she was looking in the video game rack. She was not in any way acting inappropriately and I was literally 3 steps away from her. read more

This is my very favorite Kohl's they have more of a selection at this one then they do at the one in Waterbury Connecticut. customer service is awesome here! There's a lady here that does her own makeup and go figure she's the makeup artist. I love the way she does her own make up! she recommended Lorac brand which Kohl's sells, & it's perfect for my dark skin complexion I love it when I put it on I look like a model I should model, im beautiful ! don't know why I haven't ! theres a lady that works as a cashier her name is Deborah and I know that because they finally have name tags on employees but she's also really fabulous every time we have her as a cashier she treats us very kind! Prices are generally good not always some things are expensive but I love Kohl's cash you earn it when you spend over $50 and for every $50 you earn $10 dollars Kohl's cash which you would spend at a later date. They have percentage discount and coupons on their app. They also have a program yes2save for every 100 points($1.00 a point) you get $5 it's accumulated over a month. And Kohls give it to you at the beginning of the month be sure to download the Kohl's app so you don't lose that money because that also expires and it does get lost in your email sometimes it's sent to your junk mail. they used to take expired Kohl's cash and coupons but not any longer and I could just put a sad face to that because sometimes we can't get to the store before the expiration date so two thumbs down to that! read more

Their clothes are average and they do have great sales sometimes, but the dressing rooms are filthy!!! Hair, fuzz even candy on the floor!

I like this Kohl's. Good selection across all departments and cute baby clothes. You can usually combine with a coupon of some sort for a deal. I got most of my Christmas shopping done here last year. The store is usually clean and most associates friendly. I've had to return things where I had my credit card but not the receipt and never had an issue in getting my refund. I just wish they didn't push credit cards so much, but that can probably be said for all retail. read more

I travel from Long Island once a month to visit this kohls! They have an amazing clearance rack. If you have the patience to "fish" through it you can find shirts for as low as $3! As a Black Friday Family ritual my mom and I buy our whole family their holiday gifts here. You can find some name brand items for under $20, when you combine sales and coupons. Recently, my boyfriend has been addicted to coming here. He finds some really nice dressy clothing and some awesome t-shirts. The store is pretty organized, opened late, and the staff is always smiling and willing to help. I love this store! read more
