I have lived in Oxonhill Md for about 30 years. I think one of the best things that happened to this area is the Tanger Outlet. They only way I would shop at any high end stores is with a super discount! My 14 year old grandson had his first interview back in April 2022 so this review is a little late. I found out on a Tuesday night that he had an interview on Thursday so off we go to the outlet. It was raining so we went in the first store we could get to and that was J Crew. Did I mention I hate clothes shopping! for your grandchildren you make sacrifice. I have to be honest the store is kinda pricey and I am not rich or even partially rich lol. When we walked in I almost walked out because of the prices. The store is so well organized I decided to look around. I found that almost the intire store was 40% to 70% off and they let me use my military so that was about 15% off. Instead of walking out with a suit we walked out with 2 blazers 4 pants 2 neck ties 4 dress shirts and a bunch of dress socks! Norma helped my grandsons and I to pick out there clothing. I had to do very little. Norma was wonderful she helped me turn one set of clothing into at least 6 different one. My grandsons are very tall for 14 and 13 years old she fitted them just by looking at them? I was amazed at her persiion in guess their sizes.When we left the store we left with bags and hangers of nice quality clothing. Reason I stayed was, because of Norma hospitality and her greeting when we entered and her patients. I've gone in the store many times since and the customer service is always the same. J.Crew Factory - Perfect fit - Accessories Near Me - National Harbor, Maryland

Bottom Line: Classic fashions with a contemporary twist but this store could be better organized and staffed. The J. Crew Factory store offers men's and women's fashions as well as "Crew Cuts" clothing for children. The clothes range from screen print tees for the weekend to fun dresses for date night. The outlet is definitely less expensive than the regular, full price store but I don't think there are any bargains here. I feel like the clothes here are similar to the Banana Republic outlet but 20% or so pricier, even factoring in sales prices. Grant it, I was here on a Saturday afternoon but the store was messy. I found three blouses I liked but they were between $60 and $70 and some of the only items not on sale. I wanted to ask an employee if they were on sale by chance but I couldn't find anyone. Well, come to find out, they were on sale but the racks (three different racks) didn't have proper signage! So instead of buying shirts at the store, I left empty handed and was frustrated to see on the internet, once I got home, that they were on sale. :-( read more

This is mostly about the customer service I received, which was EXCEPTIONAL. I went to J. Crew Factory Outlet, it's Tuesday, and I'm still thinking about how good it was. It was a crowded day at the outlets Saturday. Couldn't find parking, couldn't maneuver through the crowds to get to the store. I was going to J.Crew on a mission to return a bunch of online orders. There was a long line at the checkout...like REAL long. I waited for no more than 10 minutes to get through the line, which was pretty amazing. So I get up to return my box of goods, and while the one girl helped me, I couldn't help but notice...The woman who must have been the manager was a MACHINE. She was just killing it. Every person she checked out, she made friendly chit-chat with, but in a very genuine way. When my returns were taking a while, she jumped in and helped the other employee to sort through some problems. She had a great attitude, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Another employee noticed I left my 15% coupon in the return box and gave it back to me, not missing a beat. I just felt such a positive feeling about the whole experience. I don't know if I have describe it well, but just...well done. The manager of this J. Crew Factory on Saturday March 21 is awesome. Other employees were great too. I will be back! Love Jcrew and the location but the staff isn't up to par. They are few and far between and you wait a while to get checked out. Also fitting room assistance is very slow. Maybe a upgraded staff can help? read more

This is THE BEST J. Crew that I have ever been to. How is this two and a half stars on Yelp?? This store is always fully stocked and I found literally everything that I needed in this store that other J. Crews had been missing (specialty black jeans, etc). I used to work at J. Crew in Rehoboth Beach, DE and I guarantee, it wasn't even remotely close to how nice this J. Crew is. Will be coming back. 5/5 read more

I used to be an avid J Crew fan. But my last experience at this outlet store will unfortunately be the breaking point for my consumer relationship with them. Long story short; having been out of the country for two months, taking advantage of the last bit of free time left with my wife before her redeployment with the army, I missed the return window of 30 days. I went into the store thinking they would be understanding of the situation, especially since all I wanted to do is change the size of the pair of pants I had. But instead I left the store disgusted in the customer service I received. I first requested to exchange the item with no explanation, as I had just done the same thing for several items purchased from banana republic and express with no problems. But when I presented the receipt to the cashier, all I got was a cackle in my face and a, "there's no way". To which I requested if I could talk to a manager to explain my situation. When the manager came up, I immediately could tell she was not going to be receptive. Either way I politely explained my situation, to which I got another snoody, "no can't do it". Not a, "I'm so sorry but unfortunately due to corporate policy you'll have to take this return up with corporate due to the days past purchase". But just a no.... Nice store but painfully understaffed. Waited 25 minutes to check out when the store was almost empty. Most of the people just walked away after waiting in line. Paying should be the fast step when shopping, not the slowest. I like their clothes but I probably won't be back to this location. read more

This JCrew Factory's website says they are open until 8:00PM on Sunday. They actually close at 7:00PM. Don't waste your Sunday evening.
