One of my favorite brands of athletic wear! This store is top-notch in my book You will find some of the freshest fines and athletic gear available from under Armour in this store. The selection is great, the store is well stocked and the service is outstanding. Stopped into this Under Armour Brand House location today in Tysons Corner.the first thing you will notice is how well stocked, organized and neat the store is. there was not one article are piece of clothing out of place are mismatched. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted when by a sales associate who was eager to help me find what I needed and answer all my questions I the uniqueness of their customer service approach, and the fact that the layout is so well organized, made my customer experience outstanding. While there, I had the opportunity to try on some shoes and the sales associate was proactive bringing me several sizes and styles given the particular shoe size I needed. This enabled me to try on the shoe based on my foot, purpose/use and liking. Not to mention, there was a pair where my size was out of stock. This was no problem for the store. I was able to order the shoe product while in the store and have it shipped to my home.... At no extra cost and a two day delivery at that! In all, I left there a happy camper and with more items that I initially were seeking to buy ....go figure. lol. The shoes I bought and a few clothing items were perfect for my upcoming vacation and hiking excursion. Everything you need for any and most sport activity can be found here, under one roof. We waited til after the holidays to do a little shoe shopping and it paid off. Alex, the underarmour rep that was helping us, not only gave us a full understanding of the technology in each shoe but he was also patient in understanding what we're looking for as well as quick in getting different styles and sizes. This store in Tyson's is decent. I will say they have very helpful employees. Yet the concept of being a discounted place, isn't always accurate as other retailers can be cheaper. Then again look at where it's located. That alone is a reminder of where you're shopping. There are occasional sales though. My issue with this store, is not all their fault. I'm getting closer to my AARP card, and like the low key hoodies. Yet they sell more highly graphic based ones, and can't say I'm a fan of the flashy. Prefer more subdued. For what it's worth a clean store. It's organized and they have quite the selection. read more

Nicely appointed store at Tyson's. There was a person out front greeting everyone and handing out discount cards this weekend. I like that the shoes are located in the center of the store, rather than all the way in the back. Most of the men's items are to the right as you enter-women's to the left. The sales guy quickly approached and offered assistance. My hubby tried on a sexy pair of shoes, and we got to sit in a special seat that almost looks like a ride at Disney. Sales guys was really great. He offered to put the shoes at the desk so that we could keep shopping. Unfortunately, hubby wasn't loving to price tag, so we let the guy know to put them back. UA merchant can be kinda expensive, and if so you should head to the factory/outlet stores or Macy's where you can sometimes get stuff on sale. read more

This place is great if you are a tiny person. There isn't much of a selection for larger sizes. There were a few XL workout shirts and that was it. The prices for quick cooling material are cheaper at the Columbia outlet store. The target audience seems to be active people (in great shape) not on a budget. Double bonus points for the free phone charging station. read more

This afternoon I stopped by for a gift for my wife. The store is well organized and very clean. The music is high energy but at a volume that's not intrusive. The displays and the photography are action oriented. Tanya, a sales consultant gave me detailed explanations of each of the different products and their benefits to my wife's workout activity. She was very thorough and asked me some questions to be sure that I chose the right product. I would highly recommend visiting with Tanya, she's truly professional with a great attitude . Came in to return some items and instead bought some stuff and had a great interaction with Alex. She was so professional and overall just a pleasant person to be around. She gave us some recommendations and let us know about specials going on. Norvel greeted us at the door and let us know about deals that were going on. As we walked throughout the store, he checked to make sure we were good and offered his recommendations as well. Overall, a great experience and some genuine, good customer service. read more

Everytime I walk by this store, the store fragrance hits my nose and it brings me into the store. The clothing is very good, but each time seem to come in, the prices for the clothing seem to increase. If I found a piece of clothing I must have in a style and color I like, I might just buy it. The last style I saw was a sleeveless hoodie, but I wasn't will to spend $70 dallors on it. Maybe next time. The staff members were cool and where there to help, but did not hover over us either. I would give no stars if I could. Ordered and paid for online a pair of boxer jock shorts for same day pickup. Received an email yesterday in early afternoon saying they were getting it ready and I should be able to pick it up soon. Waited. Tried to contact them. Finally reached UA this morning, to be told they couldn't find the order. Called Tysons and was told flatly before the "assistant" hung up on me: "Oh we don't carry those in this store. You can go to one of our outlets.":( read more

This review is based on a phone call to the Tysons location (I hope that's allowed!). I spoke with Alex (or possibly Alice) regarding the UA face mask selections available at this store. Speaking with Alex was exceptionally helpful. She not only answered my questions regarding their inventory warmly, but even anticipated questions I wanted to ask (such as how often they receive shipment of different colored masks -- currently not often, due to demand, but have plenty in stock in black). Hearing the excitement in her voice about the newer UA Sportmasks with chrome detail got me excited about them too! It was like talking to a friend... about face masks... but such a genuine, unintimidating, and pleasant experience. We ended up purchasing from the Westfield Montgomery location in Bethesda (it's closer to us) since the inventory situation was the same there as Tysons', but kudos to the UA team and Alex for being so helpful! read more

After several negative experiences at this store, I would recommend to either order online or go to the store in Bethesda. At this store, I never got my receipt by email (always got it in Bethesda). I show UA coupons received by email, and they react like I am showing alien artifacts (they do not do that in Bethesda). I recently made the mistake to order a pair of shoes from this store, and the associate left me with no receipt or order number. After pushing the button of their mobile device, you are on your own. They told me to call the customer service, who was not able to find my order and told me that I should have got a receipt and order number at the store. Back to the store, I speak with a young manager who fills my ears with puerile apologies that left me with no information about my order and the $140 I just paid. Only later, after calling again the customer service, I was able to retrieve the order, which several days later has not been shipped yet. Did I mention that the manager said two days shipping? We are already at the fifth day and no news. Last time at this store. The good news is that the associates at the phone are very responsive and efficient. read more

Was at Montgomery mall store and called the Tyson's corner location and the male employee verified that they had the SC4 in the size I need. I drive I traffic from Bethesda to Tyson's and nobody at this store has a clue and no shoes in the size I need! Thanks for nothing. The store is usually great when it comes to customer service until i deal with jazz the store manager. Let me tell you his employees have better skills then he does he is very negative and tris to be the least helpful as he did not want to do his job and call customer service to get a receipt to process my online return that was placed at one of the stores, I had better help from one of the assistant managers maybe Kandi or Alex as they were able to call and get the status of my order and was very helpful and had a great attitude. Jazz the manager did not want to do his job and get the process started he hanged up the phone after 5 minutes and told me that it was busy, really i'm a paying customer and you trying to brush me off like this, no I told him to call again and amazing they pick the phone and we're able to get the receipt and do my return how hard was that. read more

I popped in yesterday looking for some fun, new hot weather workout apparel. It's my guilty pleasure. I was greeted most pleasantly at the door by a young man. The store is very clean and bright with a contemporary vibe. So far so good. Right? As I walked around, it struck me that all the clothing was very blah. All neutral tones generally designed to blend in with the environment. What the ....... I work out hard and I love it. I think your workout gear should be fun and funky and show your pride in your accomplishments. Quite disappointed because I like their stuff. Quality products that stand the test of time. If I could give zero stars I would. Very unfriendly staff. I had an exchange for a birthday gift that I literally bought at that store 3 days prior. The item was still the same price and since I couldn't find the receipt (tag was still on and it was unworn ) they only gave me half of what I paid ! I'm beyond irate and on the phone with corporate now . They said that it's their policy saying it might be on sale somewhere else . I call bulls***. Three stars because they have a huge selection. Loses two stars because of the (lack of attentive) service. I spent a lot of time towards the front half of the store and no one bothered to ask if I had any questions or needed assistance - which I did, as I was in the market for new shorts. In fact no one was in the front of the store to greet new customers, which is surprising given that this is a "brand house". As I walked towards the back of the store an employee quickly walked by me - looked at me (said nothing) and then turned around quickly and quipped "do you have a question?". No "Hi, how are you" or "Hi, welcome to Under Armour". I then proceeded to ask about their shorts and did get a quick overview of what they had in store. Unbeknownst to me, she was actually on her break. I found this out when an another employee asked a question and she snapped "I'm on my break". I politely interjected and said if she was on her break not to worry about it, but she was nice enough to help me for a couple of more minutes. Anyhow, someone somewhere in UA management needs to take a closer look at this location. For starters: put a greeter in the front of the store. The interpersonal dynamic amongst the employees doesn't seem too solid either, as you can tell a lot about how your experience is going to go by how the staff talk to one another... read more

Don't use their charging lockers/cubbies because if it's closing time, it's closing time, and seconds matter. Employees too lazy to let a pre-teen kid get their phone while there are still customers in the store who haven't even checked out yet. "You should have read the terms and conditions" was their crappy not-my-job attitude. Here we come Adidas, or anything else other than UA in Tysons from now on. read more

Dee, the store manager was so helpful and pleasant I called Under Armour's corporate office to let them know. She went above and beyond for me, trying to find the right pants-and when that didn't work she offered to fix the old pants I had and loved, - tailor it for free. I have felt self conscious in my previous experience at an Under Armour outlet but not here. I was treated like a person, like I count. I will be back! read more

Just to clarify, I am a huge Under Armour Supporter and "Investor" and this was the first dedicated store I had ever been in. Loved the selection and it was nice to finally get a chance to try on some of the products I had seen online. The employee's working at the store were awesome and very easy going, no pressuring, and not following you around everywhere. Ended up getting a rain jacket and getting a better idea of my size for when I purchase online. If I am ever back in the area, I am most definitely going to stop by again. Rude employees. I popped in to get over $600 worth of merchandise; as expected, you get treated nice while shopping and getting a "thank you" as you leave. Came back to return less than 20% of what I purchased and was greeted with rudeness all around. Who needs lululemon when you could do yoga, and squat 200 lbs, take an insanity abs class, and run a marathon in some Under Armour tights without worrying about inner thighs giving out? --Sorry Mr. Chip Wilson I really like the Under Armour brand, and am pretty loyal to their clothing. Its comfortable, trendy, wears well, looks nice, and is versatile. They have recently really upped their game on cold weather gear, which as a huge snowboarder I have really appreciated this. They also continuously rotate their color schemes so nothing is ever the same. The store is well set up, and has a great selection of shoes, and seating available throughout the store. They don't really have sales at the Under Armour store though. The most I have seen from multiple visits is 20% off t-shirts. Their is an outlet store online which has some great deals, but you will not find them in the store. Also I have been challenged with finding sizes at the store, but the associates have always been helpful and taken an extra look for me. read more

I can't sit idle and and watch the NFL players disgrace our flag, our anthem, our country by kneeling during the national anthem. They have done nothing to preserve the freedoms we enjoy in this country, and never will. Instead they have taken action in an attemp to divide our country. The NFL players do not understand the consequences of thier actions. But corporations will. It gives me great pleasure to see the stocks of companies that support the NFL players through sponsor ships and advsertising fall in value.
