I made an appointment online with Bonnie for my 7 and 10 year old sons to get suits for my daughter's upcoming bat mitzvah. The website says to make an appointment 6-8 weeks ahead of time so I was right within the time frame. While we had no trouble finding when we needed, I'm glad I have some extra time to get the boys alterations over the next few weeks- our next not so fun activity! We were in and out within 45 minutes and left with suits for the service, friday night service/dinner outfits and party outfits. The total for all came to approximately $1000, which I didn't think was too bad for the amount of clothes we left with (including belts and socks too). The boys looked oh so handsome in everything and we had plenty to choose from. Bonnie and team were super helpful in figuring out what fit them best. I kept thinking during it that it would have been a nightmare to do online since suit sizes run differently than normal clothes. They carry sizes 8 and up, which was perfect for my boys since my tall 7 year old wears a size 8. They also have a very large mens section so I may need to send my husband back one day! On this Saturday at 3:15pm we pretty much had the store to ourselves, which was helpful in making it a fast experience. The next time I'll be back will be in a few years when my 10 year old is making the bar mitzvah circuit and I wouldn't hesitate to look elsewhere based on the stellar experience.

It was organized according to its products. I went to the mens section because I wanted to buy pants and a polo shirt. They gave a discount on some of their products. I can see that they gave a 70 percent discount on jackets. I went there and looked for a jacket that looked cool. But I can see any jacket that is my type. So I went to the pants section and started to buy. It's easy for me to purchase pants since I know my size. After that I went to the polo section and purchased a gray and baby blue polo. It looks good and fits me. Overall I had a great experience here and I bought what I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much more spacious and well-organized and clean this felt by comparison. They also have some higher end products that Rack doesn't sell in store, which is a perk for folks looking for those items. My return process was painless/the sales associate was efficient. I'll be back in a few days to do more returns because I have more things coming that I'll need to return, so I'm glad it was an easy experience today.

I find that this location is easier to maneuver around versus the Old Orchard location, however it was still pretty crowded on a Saturday afternoon (prime time probably). Lots of On Cloud and Hoka women's shoe options. Had a really good experience with the checkout line, I wish I could remember her name. Even though the shoes didn't ring up with the price on the box, she make the adjustment without any issues. In addition, she was savvy enough to know how to make split a credit card payment when using one of those annoying Visa gift cards and a regular credit card. Usually when those two issues occur, you get stuck in line forever - but with her it was a breeze!

I immediately noticed that the store feels a bit sparse and airy, but it's probably because everything is nicely organized and well curated. Off to the right you'll find a nice selection of handbags and a somewhat hidden checkout counter. You'll find name brand sunglasses, and a nice selection of workout clothes (don't miss the 70% off rack). Like any outlet store, you can be expected to to spend some time browsing the sale racks. But it's worth it, because I spotted a great blazer I would come back and purchase to wear with jeans. The coat selection is great. Though I don't want to think about coat shopping, this would be a good time to do it before the men's and women's coats are picked over. There is a men's section in the back. On to the shoes. If you're a woman size 8-8.5, I found that size to have the most variety. They have newer shoes, only slightly discounted, mixed with sale shoes.
