Nicely organized store, sales associates were not overbearing. They had a lot of basics and good extra discounts on a small selection of past season items. J.Crew Factory - Accessories Near Me - Rosemont, Illinois

JCrew outlet is in a very high end mall. I just had to return something. This was the closest store to me. There is plenty of free parking if you are thinking of visiting. I was in and out with my return in less than 5 minutes. I hope to come back soon and do some shopping. read more

J. Crew is your introduction to sophisticated fashion. They do have some good "transitional" pieces for someone is going from "young, fun, and funky" like what you would see at Forever 21 to "mature, well-put-together, and appropriate" like what J. Crew offers. J. Crew Factory Store is located at the second floor of Fashion Outlets of Chicago, near the Starbucks kiosk. I'm not so much of a J. Crew girl because it isn't exactly what I'm looking for for my causal-day wear. Nevertheless, they have many key pieces for work since our company does have the dress code guideline. The colors that we are allowed to wear are solid black, white, navy, and gray. Of course, I can find plenty here at J. Crew Factory Store. Since it's an outlet store, most of you are interested in the discount you will receive. Honestly, you wouldn't be able to find any item at a single-digit price point. One (1) blouse, on average, would cost you $30 to $40, which is typically the result from being marked down for at least 50% off or at even deeper percentage. In other words, merchandize wouldn't be too affordable even you're a thrift-store kind of bargain hunter. I felt that they were short-handed this afternoon. I saw one (1) sales associate running the floor and placing the merchandize. They might have another person who was attending the fitting rooms. Similarly, there was one (1) primarily cashier at the register. The manager on duty was occasionally helping out the entire business operations. However, in order to maximize the business, having someone who could stay in the front, either in charge of greeting or announcing promotions, would make the entire store more welcoming. my son & I - not white, visited your new store in Schaumburg , IL. Were waiting in checkout line, crew members saw us but ignored, until a white woman also joined the line. As soon as that happened, they opened up another register. My son didn't want anything anymore because he was disgusted by this blatant racism! We will never visit to J Crew ever again! read more

As far as outlet stores go, J. Crew Factory is one of my absolute favorites! The staff members there are so helpful. They have readily placed online orders for me when certain items were not in stock and offered fabulous student discounts. Best of all, something is almost always on sale. My only complaint is that the fitting room has a bad odor. Otherwise, I love refreshing my wardrobe at J. Crew Factory. read more

I am obsessed with j crew and j crew factory and love this factory store. Every piece of clothing, shoes, purses, accessories I own are from JC or JCF. Love the timeless classic styles!! Unlike the JCF in Aurora you can actually find parking here so that gets one star already. When you walk in the store is pretty organized even after being being shopped pretty hard it isnt a total mess. Its very easy find an associate nearby to help you, thats one more star. When you are ready to try on clothing in the fitting room there usually is one open (I've never had to wait so far) as there are many rooms in the fitting room. Thats another star I love that there are always amazing promos i purchased 3 dresses for only $113 and had a large selection to pick from, im set for the year with dresses :D thats 2 stars!! I love J. Crew & J. Crew factory stores. It was easy to give 5 stars after my visit yesterday. I called this J. Crew store on Saturday afternoon. I explained what I was looking for. I already had the item but I was looking for specific shorts in other colors. I spoke to Stephanie. She explained they were really busy right now but she knew they had several pairs of the shorts in most colors. She asked for my name and phone number and said she would call back as soon as possible. She called me back about an hour later and explained she had every color set aside in my size. I thought I would have to buy them in order to hold. Stephanie explained they would hold the shorts until I could get there. She said the sale was still available the next day. She was very helpful and professional. I went into the Factory store the next day. The staff working the next day was just as helpful. I picked out the shorts I wanted and found tops to go with all the bottoms. The girl in the fitting room was very helpful. I explained that I needed a blouse in a different size. She could not find it the first time but said they could order it for me. I told her I needed it for vacation and needed it right away. She looked around the store again and went back to the stockroom and double checked everything and found it!! Overall- clean/ organized store, friendly/professional staff, and great product. This J Crew Factory store is alright. Will you find anything not on the Factory or regular J Crew website? I'm not so sure you will. But if you don't keep an eye on those websites these products will be all new to you. Are there deals at this Factory store? Possibly. I don't know if they're anything beyond what's on the aforementioned websites though. The product is laid out well, and there's plenty of it, but you'll always find more online at J Crew than you will at J Crew's brick and mortar stores. This particular store has a lot of women's things, some kids' things and less men's things. I did pick up a smart vest for a decent price. I believe I could have waited and gotten a better price online, but that's shopping nowadays. Everything can be had for a better price online, and you won't have to primp and preen yourself and fight the unwashed masses online. The store is worth a visit if you're out at the mall. If you're hard core J Crew, you'll probably do better online. Four stars. read more

This J. crew outlet location gets 5 stars for their amazing service! If you ever need any help styling outfits or any fashion tips, ask for the manager Stephanie. She has a great eye for fashion, and is so great at coordinating outfits. She is very friendly and made us feel so welcome. The store itself has a nice layout, and it is easy to find what you need. Everything is organized, and there are many salespeople available to help you find styles and sizes. Plus, they have amazing sales! Very reasonable prices. read more

I do not shop at J. Crew, however, I received a gift from daughter number one from this store. I didn't like it. I wanted to, but, it wasn't my style - which is dull. I went to the mall, (read the review of the mall) and found the store. Truly, that was God's grace - we didn't know where we were going. We looked so lost - although son two, looked "cool" - that's the air force talking. I feel so awkward in most department stores. I probably look as awkward as well. I tried to hide my lack of shopping, but was so poor at that. My first contact with a salesperson was a twenty-somethng male, who had the look on his face that said - "You don't get out much do you?" I think I thoroughly confused him with what I was attempting to do - return and exchange the dress. Eventually, I picked out a "sweater" to exchange, but when in line again, with another salesclerk - I had to explain myself again - horrors of horrors and of course, I confessed that I hate shopping and suggested that she take a good look at me to see that, that was indeed the case. She laughed. I did too. That broke the ice. As it turned out because it was after Christmas, everything was 50% off with some more being taken off on top of that. I ran back to the front of the store, (my family had by this time, distanced themselves from me), to get a second sweater - same style different color, (grey, the first one was black - oh and the sweater is actually called a cardigan :-), but all was well. The second salesclerk had a daughter - 19 that matched my son three, (newly 19 - piercing and tattoos), so we had a point of connection - a memory - maybe I'll go back on another sale day. I am a frequent shopper of JCrew. Today I had the worst experience in the outlet store in Rosemont, IL Fashion Outlets of Chicago. They had a table in the front of $39.99 women's flannel and mixed in was a denim shirt that felt like flannel. I asked an African American sales associate who seemed like he was the manager, if that shirt was included in the promotion. With a condescending voice, he underlined the sign flannel with his finger and said this sign says FLANNEL only, and this shirt is CHAMBRAY, then walked away. I felt shocked that someone who works in a store where their main job is to make sales would speak to a customer that way. I will never shop in that specific store again. read more

Came on a not so busy Sunday morning....the store had about five people in it. Selection was pretty good. Had about 10 or more items in my hand and asked a sales associate to start a fitting room. The sales associate informed me that he could not do that, because they were too busy on the weekends...again five people in the store. I decided ten minutes later to try things on, and received absolutely no help from any sales associate on finding sized, taking away rejected garments, etc.... There was definitely no shortage of associates, so why the horrible customer service?!? I would give less stars, but the girl ringing at the register, was the redeeming factor...most items were 30-50% off, but she notified me that the deal of the day was an additional 15% off of your total purchase...so, great deals, but don't expect much in the customer service department.. read more

Most unorganized store I've ever been in. There were clothes thrown around and all on top of each other making it hard to shop. Selection wasn't as great as I had expected, but I did manage to get a cute pair of pants for 15$. read more
