Usually there is a line with these guys but since it was a pop up on our side of town, we ordered with them on the spot. I enjoyed a Double Mando, and was impressed from their made from scratch sauces that gave the already flavorful smash burgers even more pop. The caramelized onions and hatch chile gave the burger texture. The kids scarfed down their OG Skywalkers - so I know it was good. We shared an order of fries and it was a wrap! I was ready for Order 66 to happen to me. It was a great experience. Too bad they haven't been around EP-proper in awhile, but I'm always on the lookout.

The pastor is well seasoned and the pineapple sweet. The asada was just ok. I ordered a mazapan agua and my bf the melon and they weren't good at all. They tasted watered down and flavorless.
