Second, my dental hygienist ~ Marlee ~ is a total rockstar!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! I've never had such a great experience! She was thorough & professional, while still maintaining a personable manner! Great sense of humor! Third, Dr. Ashton was also pretty terrific, in spite of the fact that he's missing a rib. He is very knowledgeable, as well as personable. Sadly, he was not wearing a costume, so I did judge him a bit. ;-) He gave me options as far as future treatments were concerned, and I appreciated that he was suggesting, not ordering. The overall experience was a TOTAL A+, a 14.72 out of 10, and totally off the charts wonderful! If you've had bad experiences in the past, it's time to change to Hendersonville Family Dental. While I still agree with my experience, I just got a bill! With my dental insurance I went thinking…read morethe dental office would have my best interest in mind and do everything that would be covered under my insurance for a normal checkup. Unfortunately, they do a kind of X Ray that my insurance does not cover, but did pay 25% of. I called them about it and although the receptionist was nice and got more clarity from calling my insurance company, she discovered I am on a new plan they didn't know about. So, my opinion is that staff should always learn the new policies and coverages so a new patient like me, doesn't get stuck with a bill that is almost $100. Because no matter what, I am still responsible for paying it. Not cool.

I loved getting a temporary denture while my gums continued to shrink over the next six months. At last it was time to get the permanent denture and the technician that helped me pick out the teeth I wanted was wonderful. He was very patient, and fixed my teeth just the way I wanted them. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Aspen Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone. From the girls in the office, to the dental hygienist, to the technician, to the dentist, I can't say enough about them. They didn't get the right implants, then when they put them in the male doctor finished the last implant. He started stich up and the feeling came back, I told him he said just a few more with no anesthesia, he left, the nurse came in and I told her I was hurting and she got the doctor back in there. He gave me enough to get home. When I spoke to the office they want me to come back because the last i.pla t came through my gum. I told her I will not go back due to the pain they already put me through. They also tried to charge my insurance for the plate they messed up I now sit with no implant plate and my implant scrubs my plate everything I put it in. Do not go to this company. I am considering to sue this practice for what they did to me. I was already fearful of a dentist for past experiences....this is definitely a sad situation
