This practice did a very bad job. They made the wrong plate it should have been an plant plate also the plate wwas very large and off set. They didn't get the right implants, then when they put them in the male doctor finished the last implant. He started stich up and the feeling came back, I told him he said just a few more with no anesthesia, he left, the nurse came in and I told her I was hurting and she got the doctor back in there. He gave me enough to get home. When I spoke to the office they want me to come back because the last i.pla t came through my gum. I told her I will not go back due to the pain they already put me through. They also tried to charge my insurance for the plate they messed up I now sit with no implant plate and my implant scrubs my plate everything I put it in. Do not go to this company. I am considering to sue this practice for what they did to me. I was already fearful of a dentist for past experiences....this is definitely a sad situation read more

I highly recommend Aspen Dental and the dentist, Dr Coburn. I needed an upper denture and they were great. After receiving the temporary denture I had to go back several times to get tweaks and they took me right in and fixed whatever the problem was. I loved getting a temporary denture while my gums continued to shrink over the next six months. At last it was time to get the permanent denture and the technician that helped me pick out the teeth I wanted was wonderful. He was very patient, and fixed my teeth just the way I wanted them. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Aspen Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone. From the girls in the office, to the dental hygienist, to the technician, to the dentist, I can't say enough about them. They were extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable about the entire process. I can't leave 0 stars so for the record I wish to leave 0 stars but am forced to leave at least one star. Right on the front door says "walk ins? come on in" and " emergency we got you" well that isn't true. I guess only if you go somewhere else to get emergency dental treatment. So I walk in and ask to be seen and the receptionist says tha they don't have enough staff. Aspen dental should remove the ads saying that they offer emergency care and take walk ins. read more

AVOID this dental establishment at all cost. Before I begin a majority of the staff were friendly but that doesn't excuse the mistakes and the actual dentist himself. Went in for a root canal, dentist recommended I remove the tooth and get an implant, a terrible recommendation, I spoke with several other dental professionals and they agreed a bad recommendation. I went with a root canal payed for and selected the gold tooth after begin up sold on it and told of all the reasons it was better than a standard. Well I'm not to sure what materials were used for my tooth but it was not the gold. So basically I paid for one thing and received a completely different end results. No one at aspen dental noticed at all that they made a mistake. 20 mins after the procedure I asked what was placed in my mouth and they then realised they made a mistake. They offered no solutions other than a refund of the price difference. No apologies, no offers to fix there mistake and not a word from the actual dentist. Whom was terrible heavy handed, offered little to no information and made bad recommendations. So if you got this far trust me and go to any other dentist. read more

I went to their location and scheduled an appointment. Two months later I received a text to confirm the appointment. I replied to the text confirming the appointment as the directions requested. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time they said they had cancelled me and gotten someone else in that slot, because I did not give a voice confirmation. I did not even know they had called me to get a voice confirmation. I was angry, because I value my time. FIRST OFF I OWE THE Hendersonville STAFF an apology for questioning the LPB of 8/22 - LOWEST in 83 yrs that I was aware off. I QUESTIONED it - and a second LBP was done higher than first , but on 8/24 I found out that a new MG medication I have to take in the AM is lowering my BP. SO - SORRY for questioning their LPB and their request for Medical RELEASE FROM our PCP. Still do not know why the MEDICAL RELEASE. Prior to moving to this area 6 months ago we had the same dentist in another state for over 25 years. He NEVER claimed or told us of any dental problem as there was never any gum bleeding or tooth pain. Upon, retirement he sold his business to a young lady who lied to us about being "told by insurance company during AUDIT to charge all customers for periodontal exams". I verified with the insurance company that they DID NOT DO ANY AUDIT and DID NOT tell them to charge ALL CUSTOMERS". I then reported that new dentist to the state board of health. After that she declined to allow us to be customer - said " you don't like what I said go to different dentist." Thus, we did and the first day that new dentist said - BEFORE EXAM - you have "periodontal" problem - if you don't like our charges then find another dentist. Found out later that this facility was related to the prior facility. NOW in Hendersonville, when I questioned the ETREMELY LONG printout of the Approx $1200.00 cost for periodontal problem I was told same thing - interesting!! In January 2023 the dentist in the other state did the treatment as we did not know how long it was going to be finding dentist in Hendersonville. Wanted appointment for SIX MONTH CLEANING! Why the Hendersonville extra cost, extra procedures etc caused GREAT STRESS to me especially since we did not have options to accept or reject some of the process. We were due for six month TEETH CLEANING ONLY. Was not ready for a $1200.00 teeth cleaning! Was also told I had "NO CHOICE" - either we accept the total SERVICE/COST including 50% PRE-PAYMENT ( even though first appointment then would be weeks away). Having been a business owner I accepted customers CC but NEVER charged THEIR CARD until service was complete. I got the Aspen Dental manager upset questioning several items but I was not accusing her of those items but she was just doing what "she was told" to do. I wonder how many extra $$$ are being made by the EARLY PAYMENT REQUIREMENT with delayed service appointments. Customers PRE PAYING - why - Oh lock them in from going elsewhere - perhaps cheaper! It appears she has a "special" note on the front desk computer- as soon as they pull up my account - she is called and proceeds to check us in. As it stands now - half of my mouth has NOT BEEN TREATED but I was charged the SECOND HALF -- as they want a MEDICAL RELEASE due to LBP but a higher LPB was seen in about 5-7 minutes later. Young lady also made me separate my legs as well the second LBP time. PCP said they were returning the requested Medical Release within 24 hours. Will see how long it will be until the second half of my mouth is completed. Summary - would SUGGEST giving Patients the RIGHT to accept whatever portion of treatment they NEED " paperwork" can make note of items and why - also; only charge the patients when the service is complete ( each stage). ONCE AGAIN - SORRY if I got Hendersonville staff "worked up" - my wife of 61 years and I were as stated before looking to have our 6 month cleaning not a $1200.00 bill for cleaning especially since all was done in January 2023. OLD age , LIMITED income etc NON BLEEDING - non hurting teeth - in our opinion only needed the 6 month cleaning. Frank S. read more

My experience at Aspen Dental in Hendersonville NC was the worst dental experience I have ever had. The exception was that reception and intake was quick and easy. I was a new patient to the office. I was taken back to get X-rays and the specialist helping me seemed frazzled and stressed. I did not know what to expect. I have had many dental X-rays before but there were over 20 taken with what I only know as bite wings. It was a painful process and I felt like I was being choked. I was in tears by the end of it. The specialist assisting me assured me this was routine and that is shouldn't be painful. We stopped short of one X-ray. I was then left in a "green" room to collect myself before the next step. I decide to continue and was taken to an examination room. She wanted to take another scan but the machine was not working. This atmosphere was loud and very chaotic (of course allowing for normal dentistry noises). The specialist took my blood pressure which I've never had done before at a dentists office. The doctor was eventually called in but in my past experiences the doctor is usually the last step of the visit. He was kind but told me about problems with my teeth that were not relevant to my current situation (I.e. things that might happen as I age - I am 24). He said there were no cavities or issues he could see. The dental hygienist was next. She was extremely rude and assumed I came there with a dental issue. I informed he I did not and that I had a cleaning less than a year ago. She took her tool and poked at my gums. They did bleed some because frankly I am not a consistent flosser. She immediately said I have beginning gingivitis. I recognize this may be the case. She said it in a rude manner and ensured I would need treatment. I have been attending my cleaning consistent and was shocked to hear this. I have never had to undergo prescription treatment. I asked if I this treatment was compulsory and she said something along the lines of yes because it could get much worse and it will if you don't. I felt very attacked by this and was escorted to the green room again so that someone could talk to me about treatment. I have never had to have so many encounters and so much back and forth in a dentist's office. I again broke down in tears over this. When the worker came to assist me I was very emotional and I immediately asked to leave. She said of course and she asked if I wanted to be contacted about my treatment plan and I said no thank you. My sole purpose for choosing this provider was that it was covered by my insurance. I know now choosing this provider was a horrible mistake. read more

Aspen Dental in Easley, SC is great. They take most insurance. I have 2 and between the two I saved $1,700 on a partial. Only cost me $71.00. A lot of Aspen Dental practices have terrible reviews, but the one in Easley is highly recommended. read more
