I wasn't a huge fan of the baked beans, but I can be pretty picky in that regard. The Suzie Qs were seasoned well and fried nicely, but man if that's a half order I'm scared to see a full order. It was already too much for me to finish. I did make sure to leave room for the pie though. They had quite a few varieties to choose from, but I'm a sucker for a key lime and knew I was getting that from the start. It was creamy and tart and I ate the whole thing. Since key lime pie traditionally come with a graham cracker crust, I did steal a bite of my colleagues pastry pie crust and it was SO good. Flaky and light, it melts in your mouth. I would come back for the pie alone, but it doesn't hurt that their BBQ is good too!

Side salad did not have all the ingredients listed on the menu. Dave's Sassy BBQ Salad was awful! No dressing provided (it was ordered), cheese was just slices of cheese torn into big pieces (like slices you'd put on a burger), ordered chopped pork on the salad and got chunks of rib meat instead. Baked beans were like they were just warmed from a can (not the Dave's beans we know). Best part was probably the corn muffin. That was almost right and at least warm. Will not be getting bbq from here again. So disappointing- and we spent over $80 on this meal!

My steak was more like medium well than medium rare. The steaks were not seasoned at all, so they were also bland. My sweet potato was not thoroughly cooked. Honestly, the saving grace was the rolls and the green beans. Luckily, we had a gift card, so we only ended up paying $6 and the tip. Our server was not overly friendly or helpful. We never got refills on our drinks, except my son, and it took at least 20 mins for her to bring it back to him once he asked for a refill.
