Most recently my Wolf Microwave/Convection oven stopped heating just days before the Christmas holiday. Gordon was at my home the same day I called to access my issue. Parts were ordered and the appliance was back in order by Saturday afternoon. I know I would have been without my second oven had I purchased appliances anywhere else and especially from a big box store. I would not consider buying appliances anywhere else. They are also aware of the service issues in the more recent years. I'm sorry you can't find my order(s) but you also can't change your attitude or the past so you looking up my order would be of no help to anyone. Sohns used to be the place to go but with the younger generation taking over, they do NOT provide the same level of service. This was not a mistake, he purposely refused to accommodate a customer's request, violating the most basic customer service premise. And to compound it by lying has sent me off the deep end. If he had said there were no other choices on delivery personnel, I would have gone somewhere else. And he knew that, which is why he was deceptive. And this was not the only problem with this transaction. No call back, the order went to back order for a month with no notification from the business.
