Within 20 minutes of our phone call, Josh arrived and pulled out the truck. In addition, he even helped my husband move the enclosed trailer (which is what started the debacle). Let me start by say after having falling asleep and crashing into a tree, having been in shock, dealing with another towing company through AAA, just to have them leave me on the side of the road with no help, I called JH Towing. They responded very quickly and set me at ease as well. They said no matter what we're gonna get you out of here! Very helpful with going over my insurance info with me since I was so flustered.
