On top of that, the pedicure gel was already smudged before she even finished. It wasn't fully dry/cured, but she still put it under the light and called it done. The polish is uneven and messy. I've honestly never had a manicure or pedicure turn out this bad. Very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work.

It's been two weeks and they still look perfect. They're comfortable, pretty, and feel good on my fingers. If you're going to get your nails done, get them done here. I told her I prefer a woman, because men are too rough. I was assured that this guy was gentle; no problem. My bad: I should have walked out right then. The manicurist spoke only a few words of English. The pedicure went ok, but the manicure not so much. He did not do a good job AND WAIT FOR IT, cut the cuticle on my thumb so badly that it bled A LOT. By this point, I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I love paying $100 to be wounded while getting a BAD manicure. On the way out, I asked the quasi-manager what is going on, and why can't I get Julie to do my nails? The actual situation is that the business has been sold and all of the previous employees quit. That is why no Julie and no customers. DON'T USE THIS PLACE. And to the new owner: hey, you are doing a great job: no employees and no customers. Unless you plan to use the place to launder money, you have some material issues to deal with; one of which is that I will take you to small claims court if my finger gets infected and I need to see a doctor. I asked for the basic package and she insisted I needed the $5 more package for callous care. I'm not gonna argue over $5. She started working on my feet like a metalworker attacking a rusty pot. It didn't mater how much I jumped or flinched, she looked up, I said "That hurts" and she and her colleagues spoke in Vietnamese and chuckled and she went right back to it. This happened over and over. It was not the worst pedicure I ever had, where the eczema spots on my feet were actually bleeding, but it was pretty rough. I asked her to take some length off the nails, rather than just trimming the sides. She didn't. I'll have to go to my regular spot in less than a week and actually get my nails trimmed. The calf and foot massage were very thorough, and the only reason there is more than one star. No hot towels. It'll do in a pinch is you just gotta have work done, but don't expect to enjoy it.
