I had mine done here several years back after plastic surgery from a car accident. The anesthesia made my eyebrows not grow back, and if all.. only a few and super blonde. I made my initial visit and then the second to make all corrections. I have never been able to go without make up on them. They were not complete and the color ended up looking like a blue bruise. I am now in the market to find someone to correct them. I just hate that I lost all that time and money for something that looks like a child drew them all with a crayon. i had my eyebrows microbladed by Samira and her son Enad, working in tandem. They work well together, checking eachothers work and asking for feedback, making sure that I approved of the shape, size and color of my new look. they continued to do small touchups until my brows were perfect. The only regret I have is that I didn't find Samira and her son, Enad, and have this done sooner. Money well spent as a gift to myself! In the 80's, Samaira used to cut and style my hair. It was wonderful what she could do with a pair of scissors. After life changes, I just slipped from her services. About five years ago, I saw a sign on Battleground stating she did permanent make-up. So, I took the plunge and had both my upper and lower eyeliner done, as well as lip liner. I'm so much more confident in my appearance now than I was back then. My heavy looking eyes now look brighter with definition. In pictures, you can see them. And, because of shaking hands and oily skin, I never got eyeliner on straight, nor did it last for more than an hour. Now, for the lips. My lips were very thin and did not have that sexy shape that so many have naturally. So, she enlarged my lips slightly, and gave them shape, and a little color. They're very natural looking. Unless I tell someone that I've had the permanent make-up done, they don't know it. Most people still don't believe me, and want to see the before pictures, even friends of old. They aren't sure if I lost weight, or what, just that my face looks nicer. The first few days after each procedure, especially the lips, you don't look pretty and don't want to be seen in public. Everyone kept asking if my lips were sore, and I said no, but they didn't believe me. Five years out, I would do it again, and do recommend it to anyone that is remotely interested. At this point, it still looks good, but, it's also at the point where it needs a darkening touch up, just as any tattoo would. Please don't waste your money on training with her. I paid her $6500 to be a PMU and I walked away not knowing what I should know to be an artist. She doesn't teach you about the different blades and sizes, what to use on different skin types. If you call her for advice, she will yell and you and say , you should already know this. She trains you by sending you 100 YouTube videos. She doesn't train you different patterns and hair strokes for different face shapes. There is no way I could do brows that have no hair at all after taking her class. If I took what she taught me and worked on a human being, I could've seriously messed someone up. I had to pay someone else (much less) to train me properly. I have never written a review. But I work hard for my money, and don't want this happening to anyone else. I wanted to give my honest review when my eyebrows were fully healed. It's been one year since I've gotten my eyebrows microbladed. Some spots do not have any ink where it used to be and they've faded tremendously. The "hair like" strokes have gone away so it looks like my eyebrows were just filled in like a tattoo, my shape is uneven, one brow is thicker, one brow is longer and I have to fix them every single morning with brow pencil. After about three months is when I started to see them fade. I followed all precautions and rules she gave me on the sheet of paper once I left after my appointment. I always made sure to wear a hat in the sun so they were not exposed to the UV rays and never exfoliated near my eyebrows. I feel like with the price I had to pay ($500), my experience wasn't worth the outcome. I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning for a touch up. read more
